Khari Night Shift receptionist is the best

Khari in the front desk has a very warm and welcoming smile, and she help out of her way for the whole time when I was in the hotel. Normally the Night Shift people are not so helpful but she was amazingly good....

We recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn New York/West 35th Street for a family holiday, and we honestly couldnt have asked for a better experience.

Perfect Midtown Location!!

Hotel is centrally located in Midtown, about a block away from Macy's and a subway station just steps away. Rooms are nice sized for NY standards and well kept. Room type was an Empire State view room and it was amazing!! I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting NYC and definitely book again should I visit in the future. Thanks for a wonderful stay....

The rooms may be small, but the location is PERFECT, the showers are WONDERFUL, and the staff are SO NICE!...

Well this is my 2nd time visiting this hotel (see my other review for January 2025), I have to say again was an amazing stay. Staff were fantastic from the moment I checked in until I left for the airport. When I stayed in January 2025 I was on 10th floor but this time I was given a room on 15th floor with a view of Empire State Building which was amazing lit up at night.
