Hotel was clean and room was plenty spacious for what we needed it for. The beds were comfortable and water pressure was great! Front desk staff was friendly. I liked the option of the small bar in the lobby. The only complaint was the elevator was kind of slow getting to us but it wasnt a huge deal and not something that would keep me from staying again. Friendly and helpful staff make u feel warm. There was a heavy snow in NY during my trip so the Hilton Garden Inn was a warm place to stay. The hotel is next to MTA exit, shopping areas and restaurantsz...

We have stayed at this hotel in NYC twice now. Both stays have been booked via third party companies (love holidays). First year we were allocated a room on 13th floor and had a beautiful king room with a view looking out at The Empire State Building. This was my second stay at this great hotel. The price was reasonable, the entire property was very clean and the beds were comfy! I love the location, right next to Herald Square, which makes getting around very easy.
The beds were very comfortable with a choice of three pillows. I love that because often times I find hotel pillows very uncomfortable.

We stayed at this Hilton Garden Inn because of its proximity to Penn Station, just a couple of blocks away. It's also right around the corner from Macy's, and the subway is steps from the hotel entrance, or just a short walk, depending on the line you need.
