Renovated hotel worth the new chance

Used to stay here when I came to NYC but the rooms got tired. Just returned for the first time since their renovation and I loved it. The staff has always been great and nice to see a few of the staff members I remembered still there....

Best hotel in the Chelsea area

I have been going to this hotel since February of 2011 I go there a few times a year everyone there is super nice most of the front desk employees are the same since 2011 I have the same maid I get each time.
My first thing about going to a hotel is cleanliness this hotel is super clean and everyone at the front desk treats you like family.

The staff couldnt care less about me and my needs. The location is great and the hotel is good. However the experience was something I wouldnt like to repeat....

Hotel is in great location Rooms tidy and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and will stay again....

The Hotel is clean and nice and staff (specifically Shavonne) are very helpful and kind. Decent area and worth the money to stay here! The Room was clean and stocked well and very nice for what you pay....
