Never book here if you are even slightly disabled or elderly
Impossible to get a room with shower grab bars. Front desk quite unhelpful. We booked here because of apartment renovations but tiny rooms big price and not a good value

We spent 3 nights at this location. My first trip to New York City. We arrived late morning, well before check in, but the staff were great and tagged our luggage so we could leave them there while we explored. We checked in later in the day. They cancelled my reservation and lied

I really never post negative reviews, but this one needs to be known to inform customers who book at this hotel. I booked a room in May for a 1 night stay in August. While traveling on my way to Manhattan the day of I received an email that my reservation was cancelled that morning.
