Horrifying experience!

We checked in our room after a full day walking NYC. We unpacked then went to dinner. Can back get in bed to find damp sheet. Pulled sheet back to find wet mattress pad and wet mattress. Odor of urine noted. Our room was changed. New room found hairs on mattress pad which had stains. Would not stay here if you want to sleep in a clean bed. They did credit us $100.00 on a $950 bill....

Never book here if you are even slightly disabled or elderly
Impossible to get a room with shower grab bars. Front desk quite unhelpful. We booked here because of apartment renovations but tiny rooms big price and not a good value

When something was missing I called down to the lobby and she made sure that I had every single thing that I needed and then some! We spent 3 nights at this location. My first trip to New York City. We arrived late morning, well before check in, but the staff were great and tagged our luggage so we could leave them there while we explored. We checked in later in the day.
