The location was great and the room was clean. Walking distance from Rockefeller Center which was perfect. I do think customer service needs to be a bit better considering the price. Someone kept jiggling our lock for during our second night it woke me and my fiance up for at around 3 in the morning which made us a little uneasy. Staff is nice but I dont understand why they charge a resort fee of $50 a person. We walked in, theres no lobby or services. The girl scanned my credit card and ID and we went to our room. No amenities. The room was basically clean but there was a produce sticker on the wall, one of the coffee pods was cut open and turned over on the tray and there was a used rubber glove on our couch. I stayed here for a conference that work paid for. The hotel was a bit pricey on one of those days but you get what you pay for. The only part I didnt like was the slow elevators(there are 2) and sometimes one wasnt working. However the room was surprisingly large, the bed comfortable and it was very quiet even though my room was near the elevator. The wine bar in the evening was lovely. My rate included breakfast ...

We went for 2 nights in the city just to get away and catch a show. Racheal in the front end truly made our time their truly special. She was extremely hospitable and welcoming. She managed to upgrade our room to a queen bed studio suite with a separate living room on the 19th floor which my girlfriend fell in love with.
