It was terrible!! The heating didnt work for 2 nights in December cold!!! They didnt care about it during check in, and now we are sick now because of them!!...

I am sharing with you my worst experience with this hotel, unlike anything I've ever experienced anywhere else. I checked into the hotel on December 9th, 2025. An executive room had been arranged for me and paid for in advance. When I entered the hotel, it was extremely cold and looked like everything except the reception area. There wasn't even a place to sit. I got the key from the reception and went up to my room....

They cancelled our reservation and left us stranded in the middle of the night.

We arrived at Lex48 around midnight last night after a long travel day, only to be told our reservation had been cancelled with no explanation of who or why it was cancelled.
The front desk agent refused to give her name, refused to provide a managers contact, and offered zero help. She literally told us to leave and find another hotel at 1:00AM in Manhattan. We were walking the streets in the middle of the ni...

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! They are ruse and obnoxious! I was on an important Zoom meeting with my DND on the door, and two housekeepers knocked incessantly at my door. When I excused myself from my meeting and shooed the second one away, the next BANGING was security (leather jacket jerk with two mooks behind him). The location was great and the room was clean. Walking distance from Rockefeller Center which was perfect. I do think customer service needs to be a bit better considering the price. Someone kept jiggling our lock for during our second night it woke me and my fiance up for at around 3 in the morning which made us a little uneasy.
