I have mixed feelings about my stay. On the positive side, the hotel itself is beautiful. The guest rooms are extremely nice, and the snacks and drinks offered in-room were a wonderful bonus. Furthermore, the staff is truly excellentattentive, professional, and very responsive to every request.

Nice, quiet hotel. Great value with New Year's discount rates (thanks Instagram) and a free upgrade to the 22nd floor. Good full breakfast for 2 ($37 with tax & tip). Complimentary wine each late afternoon in a lovely, quiet lounge. No more than a 10 minute walk to Grand Central or the 4/6/E lines....

This is our (wife and I) longtime favorite hotel in NYC. The only place we've stayed in the last 10 years. We've tried so many others. But this hotel is exceptional. The Midtown location is super convenient for us. The staff is outstanding, friendly, professional, helpful, and pleasant. The restaurant is convenient and great. Hidden charges

Spotless, beautiful rooms, accessible, and lovely staff. What lets it down is the hidden charges - for 4 days it was $400 deposit plus $250 surcharge to cover housekeeping etc. you get $25 towards breakfast per room per day which doesnt cover the cost for 1 person in the restaurant. This was disappointing though Im sure not unique in New York and otherwise I would be raving about this hotel....

It was terrible!! The heating didnt work for 2 nights in December cold!!! They didnt care about it during check in, and now we are sick now because of them!!...
