Would not stay here again. While staff were friendly and location was fine, hall carpets were dirty and need replacement. There was no booklet in room describing the hotel amenities. When we were in the main elevator, an employee got on with a huge cart of dirty laundry....

Hotel 57 has an amazing location and is very convenient for both parking and public transportation. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and the gym is well maintained. The staff was friendly and efficient. Vianny stood out with her excellent cleaning service and her warm, welcoming attitude....

First, let me say that the staff at Hotel 57 was extraordinary. They really tried to make our stay more comfortable. We went through three rooms and finally settled on a suite. Although the Suite looked tired and the furniture was banged up and old , we finally decided to stay as we were tired of moving rooms. There was incessant banging all day long that came from somewhere in the hotel. Basically, we did not sleep ...

I stayed at Hotel 57 and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is very clean, from the common areas to the rooms, and the location is excellent. I want to highlight the outstanding work of the housekeeper, Vianny, who took care of my room. She was incredibly pleasant, attentive, and professional.
