This hotel epitomizes excellent service. The front desk was warm, friendly and accommodation. They made sure I was comfortable in my room after check-in. The room was beautiful with an amazing view of the Empire State Building. The rooftop bar, lounge was beyond belief with the views of NYC and delicious cocktails. The service across the board was beyond elevated. I highly recommend this hotel when coming to NYC!...

Comfy bed, supportive pillows, great location for a roof deck for a downstairs bar with super gracious staff. Brandon at the friend desk, my hero. He made sure my trip was very special... When I asked if I could see the empire State building, he said yes, you're going to love your room. It was awesome. A room with a view!!!

Hotel Gem in the heart of New York

Fantastic location right in the heart of the city. Rooms are small as you would expect in a major city but were very clean and well kitted out. Roof top bar views were amazing and will remain a treasured memory.
Staff in bar and restaurant were very helpful and very welcoming....

Clean hotel and great bathroom with powerful hot shower. However door to bathroom was power assisted but broken and so the door was very heavy to open. The room had poor lighting and only 1 hanger and no drawer space at all so had to live out of suitcase for 4 nights.
No coffee machine, no mirror in the room and no water provided. Very expensive resort fee considering none of that available.

This hotel is very clean and nice! The service was great and the staff was very kind and sweet. Also, I always felt very safe when I was staying here. The restaurant inside the hotel was very good and had quick service. Also, had a very nice view of the Empire State Building from my room....
