Stay ruined by surprise nightclub

Disappointing. The room, location and view were okay but our stay was ruined by the nightclub that went on till 4am on the floor below us. We were at no point in the booking process or MONTHS leading up to our stay informed that there was a nigthclub in the hotel open to 4 am! The incredibly loud music, bass and party-goers' screams and singing kept us up till 4.15 am. We could not sleep a wink before this. When we c...

This is my second time staying at Hotel Indigo and it is becoming my favorite hotel in new york. We were stuck here over a blizzard, and Jose Ramirez and Taraan at the front desk could not have been kinder in accomodating us for two extra nights. Amazing staff, and great experience. Very nice rooms with good views and even better location. Mr purple is a fun spot too....

be aware photos are misleading

I had high expectations. I had booked a premium king high floor and the photos showed a couch which i did not see upon entering the room. the room felt like they just put a bed, lamps, and a desk with abstract portraits; it felt disappointing. as getting settled in the room i noticed the bathroom had rust on the door handles, the shelving that held the towels and all over the sink. there were make up stains and scuff...

Great location and service! We were lucky to get an upgrade to our room for a very reasonable price. Room was very spacious for a NYC hotel and got to enjoy the amenities. Service was excellent and responded very quickly to a minor issue in the room. Hotel has 2 nightclubs on the 14 and 15th floor and noise could be a little bothersome to some but we were able to sleep very well. Bed was comfy. We will definitely be...
