Great hotel in awesome neighborhood. Couldn't ask for a better hotel. Cute lobby decor and art install. Great for trip with friends or little party....

Disastrous experience

Do not stay here! There is a club that goes until 4 am. You can hear the music throughout and the rooms vibrate. Worst night of non sleep and worst experience I've ever had. They don't warn you on the website or at checkin....

The hotel is very nice and the rooms are big for NYC. The best part of my stay was Milta Pichardo, Front Office Manager, who went above and beyond to accommodate us. Ms. Pichardo is an example of excellence in this industry and made our stay wonderful....

We travelled all the way from Australia, and staying at Hotel Indigo Lower East Side has been, without question, the BEST hotel experience we have ever had. From the moment we arrived, cold, exhausted, and without a reservation, the team welcomed us with such warmth and compassion. We stayed here many years ago. Everything was fine then but this hotel has gone downhill. Rooms are dated and show a lot of wear. Furniture is beat up and scuffed. Very rundown. Glass in the shower is full of cracks. Minibar was never replenished during our four day stay even though front desk was notified twice.
