Great Little GEM in FiDi

this is a great little GEM in the perfect location for Fidi area. close to trains , ferry, Peir 17 etc.
hotel was clean , nice new decor, quiet ( for a busy city) nice size for a Manhattan hotel, friendly staff too
the only real pain point was there wasnt really a desk area to work from , but this was fine since its manhattan and there are tons of other spaces to work from....

The location is excellent, right in the Wall Street area. Everything is within easy walking distance the subway, supermarkets, and even the building used as the The Continental Hotel from the John Wick films. Though honestly, I was confused why so many buildings in New York always seemed to be under construction.

I booked a room block of around 40 rooms at the Hotel Indigo NYC Downtown - Wall Street for my company's January meeting. This is the third or fourth time we've booked with this property and it has been a wonderful experience each time. Hotel is in a good location. Close to subways, shops, restaurants, supermarkets, wall street and trinity church.
Hotel and the room was clean and the pillows and bed were comfortable enough. Shower was decent.
Rooms are tiny and really not enough space for 2 people. Wardrobe was not big enough one person never mind 2. Room has a fridge, hairdryer and coffee maker.

I dont even know where to begin. This hotel claims to be 4star, but it is absolutely not. We arrived late to find a very small, narrow property. Checkin was fine, but our room was freezing at 60°F. We tried to turn on the heating and spent the night waking up repeatedly, but nothing worked.
