Hotel for Clubbing, Not Resting

The hotel room is very nice and the neighborhood is lively. But, this is not a hotel for someone looking for a quiet, relaxing stay. The onsite rooftop club, Mr.Purple, is active, loud, and draws a very young crowd of people who are not hotel guests. To be honest, if I had realized there was a nightclub dominating the hotel, I would have looked elsewhere for accommodation....

Deceptive Advertising! Beware!

You go on the website or the IHG app and what jumps out about this hotel? The rooftop lounge. It is the hotels cover photo on the IHG app. Problem is that part of it is closed for renovation and the other part open for private parties only. No mention on the website, no mention at check in; Just rudely asked why are you up here for by a staff member when getting off the elevator.
The final death gasp of my year...

Great location just off wall street. Its actually on Water Street.
Check in was ok but unable to do early check in.
Room size is very compact, a very small room.
Not that we intended spending much time in the room.
You can only access the bed from one side due to the room being so small
The Bathroom is also very small and nowhere to store your toiletries
Coffee machine hidden in cupboard which is fine during the day...

Booked a premium room for two nights at Hotel Indigo NYC Downtown Wall Street through GovX, and this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences weve had.
We are a military family and had just driven almost 9 hours from North Carolina, so we arrived exhausted expecting at least a basic level of professionalism. Instead, the front desk agent didnt greet us, didnt acknowledge us, and barely spoke before han...

Great Experience

Trying to find a hotel in NY for a business meeting for 46 associates was challenging but Olivia, Director of Sakes jumped in and help. The check-in process was painless as they pre keyed the rooms and Ishmael (Front office supervisor) and team were very helpful. The hotel was clean and staff friendly. I would recommend this hotel....
