Stay away from this hotel if you dont want to feel ripped-off with their useless daily amenity fee and advertised rooftop deck that is closed every night for a private party.
Seriously.

We stayed for five nights in the Indigo Downtown as a family with two kids. The double rooms were as expected, small , pragmatic and very clean. Services at the front desk were very friendly. You can walk to different highlights (e.g. 1WTC) and to the seaside, as expected at night it is a relatively calm area

Walk to Wall Street and Battery Park and restaurants too. Smaller room (like most in NYC); but perfectly designed with purpose and very comfortable. Staff is fabulous; kind, knowledgeable and helpful! Well be back!...

The hotel was clean and staff all pleasant as you'd expect.
The room was spotless, but the cupboard door didn't shut, and they knew, and there is nowhere for your belongings. We had a 4 night break and lived out of our cases.
We had breakfast included, but a service charge was added to that and our bill every day. I've been to the USA ( including NY) quite a few times before, and this was new on me. And we weren'...

Quality hotel in the Financial District

Great location if youre working on Wall St or Broadway. Endless number of bars and restaurants nearby. Top floor Sky Bar is cool and always busy but downstairs bar is quieter and has a new barman who is a qualified mixologist and makes a mean Negroni! Rooms are a decent size for Manhattan, comfortable and quiet (preferably a high floor)....
