The location is perfect since the hotel is in Times Square. MSG was a 15 minute walk. The staff is friendly, my room was spacious and comfortable, and I had a great view....

Dont recommend. Poor service. Noise bedroom. Staff walks slamming doors during the night walking in and out their service area. Terrible....

Hotel was better than expected and a great respite from the chaotic Times Square. Room was well appointed and renovated and clean. Much bigger than other hotel rooms in the city I have stayed in. I will return!...

Times Square was the perfect, most convenient location for my purpose of seeing live theatre. The atmosphere was welcoming and lively. The rooms are spacious and clean. I was on the 31st floor which was great for blocking out the usual noisy New York. Everything was great. It was even quiet in our room at night. The only thing I had a problem with is the tub we had in our room was peeling in multiple places and for the price of the hotel I would expect everything to be in tip top shape....
