Rooms didnt feel 5 star. First room was beyond filthy, and everything in there looked tired. Wall paper peeling etc. We were moved to another a couple doors down, also dirty. Was told there were no other options. After a call to British Airways, a new room miraculously became available. This room was much better but not on par with other 5 star hotels we have stayed in. Coming home

Despite it being a year since our last visit the staff all remembered us which makes you feel like you are coming home
Nothing is too much trouble always feel well looked after by everyone
From the doormen to Cheryl on reception to all the staff in the dining room and to house keeping
Love this hotel so convenient for everything
Hopefully will be returning soon x...

Romantic Weekend in NYC

Good location, great staff- rooms are in need of serious updating. Missing full mirror in Junior Suite, and holes in the rug. Furniture and curtains have seen better days.
Bar is great and bar staff even better, similar with front desk.
Breakfast is good....
