Stopped at the Intercontinental Hotel Times Square for dinner and drinks before a show. Eddie, our waiter was very friendly and attentive. He was also very helpful and knowledgeable on local transportation and entertainment. Highly recommend this establishment and waiter....

Hotel in a great location for theatre and restaurants and even though ultra modern (which we like) has a feeling of intimacy. Check-in was made easy by Jae at the front desk and our accommodations were perfect (2 queen beds). Normally you see soap pumps in the shower only however the sink had them too which I like better than a bar of soap! Our breakfast was included and we were greeted each morning by Jessica wh...

Top notch hotel, in the heart of Manhattan but just outside Time Square and subway access right below the building this location gives you access to everything yet still the ability to find tranquility.
The service is top notch especially Jessica at the Stinger....

Beautiful hotel with will equipped rooms. Staff were very attentive and pleasant; especially Ahmed on reception. He was extremely pleasant and helpful when needed. Not too far from all major attractions. The only downside is a 5 star hotel in a 2 star neighbourhood. Ive only ever stayed on 6th/7th before; and 8th is like a whole different world in terms of class....

This was our first trip to NY and we couldn't have asked for a better stay. We landed in JFK. An Uber WILL BE PRICEY, there's a shuttle that takes you to a staging area and it's a high surge point. Anyway, back to the hotel. Clean room, comfy/pillows. Had the midtown view and it was worth every penny. All the doormen were great, but Santiago & Bert were amazing and had great suggestions for us newbies. We aren't the ...
