Nice place to stay. Very friendly staff.

Your website still says that robes and turn down service are still amenities and they were not. It was disappointing because I had told my friend, in advance, to expect these services. Remove them from your website if you arent going to offer them. Also, housekeeping service came so late in the day , we just denied it....

Nice Holiday weekend in New York

Have stayed in NY many times and these were the nicest rooms with some of the most polite and accommodating staff that Ive had the benefit of experiencing.
The view was pleasant on the 12th floor. We were even able to see the Hudson River.
The breakfast buffet was excellent along with good service there as well.

Dinner at The Stinger! Service and food were exceptional. Seated by the window to enjoy the sights while dining. Great selection of menu options and drinks. We enjoyed our time with Nich as our server and his friendly attitude. Thanks Nich for making the evening fun....

Nick, our server at The Stinger Bar, was fantastic. He was friendly and attentive. Not a bad thing to say about our experience at all....
