Wow!! Fantastic time in NYC staying at the Intercontinental Hotel Times Square
Staff - everyone amazing
Location - spot on, once we worked out the block system and roads easy to navigate and get to everywhere we wanted to see
Food - great menu, excellent food
Rooms - big, clean and oh my the bed/bedding was out of this world!!...

Great location,subway access across the road,guys on door super friendly and reception staff to!!
Was on the 29 th floor with a corner room with amazing views,loved the seat near the window,sat there watching the world go by!!
This was a birthday treat so a card and cheese cake left in the room was lovely ️!!
The room was huge,bed was comfy,shower was nice and powerful and the shower gel etc,wow,what a great smell!!...

Poor experience from a High Tier Hotel

This hotel offers no breakfast even though their nightly rate is quite expensive. In addition, they charge a "Convenience" fee of $45.00 USD per night which is a steal to say the least. I am pretty sure it is to pay their cleaning staff. Maybe they could charge the full cost in the nightly rate to avoid this type of appearances. Also, an included breakfast should be included when you are paying so much per night. But...

I love this hotel because its close to MSG and in the heart of Times Square. The staff is friendly and rooms are nice. Very comfy beds too!...
