Cleanliness/housekeeping: 2/10
not clean and the housekeeping do not fold/hang ur cloths, theyd leave it as it is even if thrown on the ground and thus their standard procedure as per their response to our inquiry. I missed a food delivery order cause it was handed to the doorman and they didnt let me know that the food was delivered. Upon inquiry, I was rudely informed that this is not their responsibility.

I love staying at this hotel whenever Im in NYC - whether for business or just for fun. Its welcoming, immaculate and the staff is super friendly. The rooms are larger than most Manhattan hotels Ive stayed in and it couldnt be more conveniently located to Broadway, tons of restaurants and subways....

We booked premium rooms but they put us into Standard rooms. Check your room category prior.
We arrived at midnight and they told us they only had our room type available on the lowest level. Upon waking up the next morning we spoke to Manager and complained about the view that we had paid for and that we needed to change rooms.

Overall our stay was okay. The biggest pro was definitely the location. The hotel is only a few blocks away from Broadway/times square and the subway station is just outside so the whole of NYC is within easy reach. Another pro was the cleanliness of the room, we couldn't have asked for more on this really. The doormen were friendly too. Unfortunately, there were a couple of cons that brought our rating down. Lovely hotel with outstanding service!

My 18-year-old daughter and I are staying here for four nights.
The location couldnt be better as we are only a short walk away from Time Square.
Our room is spacious and incredibly comfortable with two good size doubles with a great view.
The service has been outstanding. We have been made to feel so welcome, especially by Eddie and Jessica who have made our dining experience something to remember.
