Im so comfortable in NYC as I lived there for over 25 years. The hotel is beautiful. Everyone that works there is so professional and welcoming and helpful. Emily at the front desk is amazing. I had a conference call and she was able to get me in my room earlier to accommodate my call. Every person smiles and greets you. I didnt have a chance to go to the Restsursnt but I will for sure the next time. It looks great...

Celine, Marilyn and Emily are amazing. There are more noteworthy people at the front desk and lobby but I unfortunately dont have their names. Thank you all for another wonderful stay! Damien the restaurant manager also goes above and beyond....

Outstanding level of service from the minute we stepped into the hotel. Juan, at reception, was above and beyond. They are constantly catering to the guests desires. There is even an iPad with a drop down menu of amenities you might want. It took
around 10 minutes from tapping on the iPad to my doorbell buzzing. There is staff everywhere attending to needs and, even fluffing the pillows on the lobby couches.

Very nice hotel and room was clean, modern and had a great view of the Emorie Statr building.
