Check in was easy and Carlo was amazing. I called the day before asking about an upgrade due to me celebrating my birthday- he told me he would be working Thursday am and to ask for him when I was to arrive and he would help me with whatever he could. He immediately remembered me and was able to upgrade me to a corner suite with no hassle or any issues at check in.

Not a resort, just a hotel with a pool. The M-Ville vibe just doesnt show up. Music isnt there, restaurant for breakfast is terrible. Bar type food is ok. Service in the rooftop is slow and not that good. Room as are really, really small. It is in a good location....

We had a fantastic stay at Margaritaville Resort Times Square. The location couldnt have been better right in the heart of everything, making it easy to explore the city. Our room was clean, tidy, and very comfortable, which made it a great place to unwind after busy days out and about.

Very clean room, good bed ,quite. the hotel is close to Times Square, the breakfast is good, but above all, both the hotel and the owner are very lucky to have Douglas working in the restauranthes lively, vibrant, and welcoming .. He took care of us and made sure we felt comfortable; you need more people like him .
