Although our reservations were canceled due to plumbing issues the Manager STEVEN walked us through an even better experience at the sister location.
Ready to get back to Margaritaville in the summer JUST because he was so amazing...

No hot water throughout hotel.

So boiler went out second day and no hot water through out the entire hotel. Not sure how they have a restaurant running with zero hot water but they do. No compensation and unable to change rooms because entire place is without hot water. Wanted to move to a different hotel but they would not refund me. Not my fault you cant keep your pipes from freezing. If you do stay dont eat here. Its horrible....

Troy at guest services was professional and delightful. Being a manager at a 4 star hotel, it's hard to see the same finesse showcased in hospitality directly. But there was Troy. His simple gesture his helpful answer was everything. He made a birthday for my husband and memorable one....

Pool is NOT heated

Stayed there Jan 18 to Jan 19th 2026 for my Grandsons 5th birthday. We chose this hotel cause of the heated pool. That is a joke. The pool was freezing in the 70's. Awful. We had a really terrible time . What a scam to Advertise a heated pool. It was NOT heated....
