Microwave available for Margaritaville Food ONLY! No outside food allowed in their microwave

The good-Great location with Margaritaville restaurant with typical vibes and giant Statue of Liberty and small place to buy themed gifts. Rooms are fairly small but very clean and comfortable. The bad-no shower door so its a tad cold. Cannot use microwave only located on 2nd and 6th floors UNLESS it is Margaritaville food. Otherwise, nice building and pleasant staff....

The Best Hotel In NYC

There was a terrible blizzard in the tristate area and our check in date was the date of the blizzard.Staff was very kind and understanding of the whole situation and let us come in the next day for arrival to the hotel and for the day we missed they added an extra night for us.The whole hotel was decorated beautifully with comfortable furniture.I enjoyed using the gym room which helped keep me on track with my fitne...

We stayed a few nights at this hotel and I found it very well located. The room was very nice and the bedding was excellent! There's a new water temperature setting for the shower, which is a little complicated, but otherwise we were very happy. Thank you....

Awful food like your worst kids fried meal but for adults

Food terrible. Like your worst kids meal but for adults.
Staff were mediocre.
We were a party of 46 and had prebooked our orders. They has no clue what we had ordered and ai me only sent out what they had.
Terrible food. Utterly disappointed.
Fish and chips for example the tiniest 2 bits of a fish and a few chips on a side plate.
Seriously don't bother. A waste of money....

Margaritavile Times Square such an awesome hotel.
From the moment we stepped in till the moment we left everything was perfect. Located super close to Times Square and offers cool restaurants and an amazing rooftop bar with magnificent views of the city.
The room was cleaned regularly , there was no better feeling than coming back from a long day of walking and sightseeing to a nice clean room.
