Nice hotel but management is extremely hard to deal with

Hotel itself is clean and the rooms are fine.
Customer service and management, however.... is extremely frustrating. The staff is repeatedly unhelpful, difficult to reach, rude when you are finally able to connect with anyone , and issues are often passed around without resolution of any kind. Getting a manager or any one of higher position involved is impossible, and when contact was made, there was little follow-...

Ms Albania must be issued a recognition for warm & hospitable service to guests

Special Mention about the Resturant Hostess Ms Albania. She is very warm & hospitable to all guests. Ideally remembers the guest requirement of the previous day. With a delay she renders service to the highest standard. Following her pleasant disposition, the rest of the staff too polish up the service works....

I have a Hilton Gold membership. I've stayed at many Hilton hotel chains and never faced any issue, nor was I ever required to pay a $100 per day deposit, even when the minibar was empty. That's what happened to me at the Millennium Hilton in New York. I ended up paying a $600 deposit. I stayed here with my partner in May 2026 for a first time trip to New York. The hotel location was okay, taking us approx. 25-30 minutes to reach Times Square on foot. The hotel was in a quiet area and could walk to most places depending on physical ability.
