The service at the Millennium Hilton is the best, I have ever experienced. In particular I would like to mention Shane (excellent service and very attentive to our needs) , Deep at the front desk ( unique attention to details), and Ms Sonya ( joyful and brings to her job absolute positive energy). I usually do not write reviews however they deserve this acknowledgment....

Very very good ! Brandan the receptionist was exceptional in arranging the best view and deluxe room king size bed I ordered when Expedia mixed up the types of rooms. His can do approach needs to be rewarded. I have been treated kindly and professionally by everybody else! This is the NYC experience you want...

Amazing Hotel, Amazing Staff

My fiancé and I chose to get married in New York City, and this hotel immediately stood out to us. We were hoping for a stunning view of the Hudson River, and it absolutely did not disappoint.
On the day of our wedding, the staff kindly surprised us with a slice of classic New Yorkstyle cheesecake and a bottle of red wine, such an incredibly thoughtful and memorable gesture.

Corner room with a view!!!!

Great check-in experience. We wanted to do a paid-upgrade to a suite but decided against it because we wanted a great view and the corner room with view room has it compared to the suite. Room is spacious and housekeeping is excellent. We stayed 3 days 2 nights. There's a breakfast buffet option but we are light breakfast eaters so we did the ala carte instead.
