Not what we expected

One ply toilet paper!
Rec'd text our room was ready but upon arrival had to wait add'l 45 mins.
Dirty floor under bed
No working remote (issue resolved)
No working nightstand outlets (issue resolved)
Thermostat not working (issue resolved)
No compensation from manager for our trouble.
Did receive late check out as a courtesy....

Hip Vibe in Lower Manhattan

A great, hip, laid-back vibe in the heart of lower Manhattan. Felt like staying at a friends home rather than the stuffy high-end hotel that has a 20-minute check-in process. We stayed in the two-bedroom suite which was perfect for our quick family of 6 trip to NYC. Although it didn't offer the luxuries of a high-end, midtown hotel, the experience was 5 star and the staff were exceptional....

We had a fantastic experience in new york and in particular at the mint house. Everyone at the mint house were wonderful. Stanley was very helpful...

Very impressive hospitality, spotless everything . I always choose staying in fidi as its away from the hustle and bustle of midtown but I get to access everything here...

Ive started in many NYC hotels over the last 20 years, and my stay at The Mint House was by far the best experience. The rooms are large and comfortable. The staff is friendly and made everything easy. They were extremely responsive and were quick to come through with any requests (e.g. extra towels, toilet paper, etc.).
