Great stay from start to finish. I landed in NYC early and well before check-in time, however guest relations were fantastic in finding me a room. Hotel is very clean with all of the facilities to a high a standard. ...

I just stayed there for two days with my nice customer service was incredible and the room was very clean and that was the most important thing to me overall Ill definitely come back....

Location is unbeatable, rooms have the standard NH quality, and the people working there are the best: very professional, nice and going the extra mile with a smile. Definitely would recommend....

This was one of the best stays Ive experienced in NYC by far ! You guys are amazing and the cleaning staff exceptional! To Betty and her staff, your a doll thank you for making me as comfortable as possible. I was afraid of solo traveling but nh collections made me feel safe and sound.
