We booked on AirBNB originally and our stay exceeded expectations! Our room was so comfortable, the blackout curtains being one of my favorite accessorys along with the bonus Nespresso machine! Tim the doorman was always a delight to speak to and after a long day walking around our barkeep Daniel poured a satisfying Manhattan. Highly recommended for familys, we will be coming back next year!...

Very good location, extremely well done rooms, and especially the members of staff here are amazing, especially wanted to give a special shout out to my boy Tim, the security guy, very fun and extroverted guy and his cheerfulness really helped me out when I got in trouble with my teachers. Again a very excellent experience here at this hotel....

Our stay was perfect in every way. Our room was spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable, and offered a beautiful view of the city.
The hotel is perfectly located, just steps away from Bryant Park, Times Square, Fifth Avenue, and several subway stations, making it easy to explore everything on foot.
The bar, with a live jazz band every weekday evening, is a great place to relax at the end of the day. A special mention...

Had a great time at this wonderful hotel.
Excellent staff, perfectly equipped rooms. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner at the Serafina Restaurant to the limit.
Cannot wait to come back!...

Check in was friendly. Tried to check in on my phone via an email link, but it didnt work. Nice lobby/lounge area. Room was larger than I thought it would be. TV was a little hard to use, but I wasnt in the room much. Really nice to have a kettle and a Nespresso machine. Large bottle of water as well and a mini fridge.
