What I can say about my hotel Experience? Fully recommended, good zone to take the subway or going everywhere by feet. The staff (especially Rachel and Florian) are going to help u for every needs. Rooms very clean and the Room service really efficient. No noise at all. The atmosphere is well curated. Good value. If you are looking for an Hotel pick this one...

We had a fantastic stay at Pestana CR7 Times Square and would recommend here to anyone visiting New York!
From the moment we arrived, the staff were lovely. Every time we walked through the lobby, we were warmly greeted with a smile. The team made us feel so welcome throughout our entire stay, which really added to the experience.

Very comfortable stay as a family of 5 in 2 rooms. Rooms well thought out with everything you need. Beds comfy & 2 blinds to make sure rooms dark at night.
Simple breakfast was available but sometimes ran out just after 9am so pays to get down early

Not easy to sleep on the room! The air conditioning system is obsolete, noisy, uncomfortable and blowing air (initially cold) directly to the bed. The control doesn't work (couldn't switch off or reduce fan speed) and there's no heating on the restroom.
The elevators make annoying noise, specially audible during night.
