We had a great stay at the hotel. The location is excellent, the rooms are comfortable and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere is very pleasant.
I would like to especially highlight the hotel manager, who was extremely attentive, professional, and kind. Her presence, care, and willingness to listen truly made a difference and showed a genuine commitment to guest experience.

Great stay at Pestana CR7 Times Square. Perfect location, clean and modern rooms, and a really cool vibe overall.
Big shoutout to Colin at reception, super friendly, helpful, and made check-in/check-out totally smooth. That kind of service really makes a difference.

This hotel experience was awesome! The room was classic - cozy and tight but perfect. We only used it to sleep. Florian (the gentleman at the front desk) took care of us and made us feel like VIP. Always gave us water when we needed it and hooked us up with anything we requested (within reason lol) and made everything feel so convenient. Will definitely come back here!...

Great stay. Great location, staff were always friendly. Room was very clean, had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this hotel....
