I booked this hotel as a flight/hotel package for a quick solo trip to New York. I never take my time to write reviews but for this experience I will. I got into the city really early after a red eye flight from the west coast, and was greeted at the front desk with a very kind/helpful gentleman that got me taken care of right away.
