Love this hotel. Nice rooms, great staff, and excellent location. Love the breakfast room with just enough to get you going in the morning....

HVAC issues during our whole stay

I do not recommend this hotel and it far off from the 4.8 Tripadvisor rating. We checked in and went to the room and the heater was blasting. We attempted to lower the thermostat but it was in a "locked mode". It was so hot in the room that we couldn't even be in it. We called the front desk and the maintenance guy said he had to take thermostat off the wall and take it to his office to reprogram it. He replaced it...

Was so delighted to find this gem just a block from the New York Public Library and around the corner from Grand Central station. Most walkable place I've stayed. Also very quiet--not a sound from the street or neighboring rooms--and pristine. The staff, without exception, strives for customer satisfaction. We stayed over Christmas and had two double rooms. Hotel in a great location.
Staff are excellent, friendly and accommodating. Small dining area with the bonus of hot drinks and lemon iced water 24 hours, pastries available on a morning if you get there for 7am.

Amazing staying

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized. The hotel itself was very nice and relaxing. A special thank you to Alba at the reception she was incredibly helpful, kind, and made our stay even better. We felt very comfortable throughout our visit and would definitely stay here again....
