I've been to NYC a couple of times and always chose different hotel to stay at until I found Pestana Park Avenue. The location is fantastic almost in the heart of Manhattan, you can get anywhere quickly from here, whether on foot or by subway, yet its wonderfully peaceful, unlike the constant noise of Times Square. The hotel was amazing, the staff was super nice, and always willing to help with any question and requests.
I stayed with my partner, and we had great conversations with every team member we met. The coffee available at all times and water was very convenient. We would definitely stay here again when we come back. Thank you for everything....

Comfortable stay in a convenient location

Stayed in a superior room for a nearby conference and the room, while small, had everything I needed (steamer in lieu of an iron and ironing board). I made use of the under-bed storage and the lavender sachets were a nice touch. The complimentary water and grab-and-go breakfasts were great, and Ray at the front desk was friendly and helpful....

Amazing hotel

This hotel was in such a fantastic location and the rooms were amazing and clean. You get daily turndown service, and the touch of having free croissants/ bagels and a Starbucks machine in a help yourself lobby was so much appreciated. The staff were also so friendly. If we returned to New York we would definitely stay here again...
