Superb hotel!

We had an enjoyable experience here. The hospitality was superb! The breakfasts were excellent. They have a great rooftop bar and quality jazz room on lower level. In addition, each of the staff were friendly, attentive and super helpful (especially for me who is handicapped). The concierge, Yamirah was witty and superfriendly and helped process all the details with eficient friendliness....

My husband and I just returned from the wonderful weekend the Refinery Hotel. From before our arrival the concierge was in touch with us, helping us with anything that we needed. They gave us a great deal to upgrade our room to a suite, decorated the room for my husbands birthday, and even provided us with a complementary bottle of wine. Beautiful hotel, the atelier suite was large and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was great. We visited the rooftop bar twice and it was perfect. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating and professional. I will definitely be back. Thank you for a great experience....
