Is in some ways as a typical New York Marriott property meaning they care less about your status. I dont expect much but at least some acknowledgment Im ambassador level and the welcome gift is too cheap bottles of water and then an offer of 750 bonus points a day, which means nothing and actually no acknowledgment whatsoever your status on a plus side they finally reopened the restaurant...

Felt overpriced for experience

Room was slightly dated but spacious. Water in the bathroom was only lukewarm. No room service available which I felt was disappointing for the cost of the room. Great location, and front of desk staff were very friendly and helpful accommodating needs....

Highly recommended heart of Times Square hotel

We were fortunate to have stayed at this location! The staff were extremely helpful providing exceptional service. Everyone was hospitable and caring. They were upgrading some area of the hotel, so one of the elevators was down, but it did not serve as a complication as staff were always present. Overall, great hotel in the heart of Times Square! Walking distance to subway stations and Broadway was around the corner ...

Serious Deficiencies

As a frequent traveler, I was disappointed by deficiencies in this hotel. For example, the lack of adequate window soundproofing means youll hear the noise of Times Square 24 hours a day, even on the high floors. The chair for the desk is extremely low, making it difficult to type on a laptop. I also found the dark, dimly-lit rooms depressing.
