We had a very good experience at the Renaissance. The location is great - you can look at your window and see the Times Square lights. Easy walking distance to lots of stuff and the subway. The staff were all great. Zaheim that helped with our luggage at check in and check out was great and personable and made sure we got all settled. I really think this might be my new favorite Times Square spot!! I screwed up booing a room for the night before our actual stay. As far as they were concerned, I was a no-show who needed a new reservation. I would have been paying for two nights and getting only one. The manager was very kind reinstating my mistaken reservation for the night I needed. Our stay was very comfortable in a high floor room. Excellent hotel in the centre of Times Square. Location couldnt be better. Despite being so close to the action, room itself was peaceful. Reception staff excellent. We had moved along from another hotel during the snowstorm. The lady on the desk (apologies as didnt get her name! She had curly hair, working Monday during the storm) couldnt have been more kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel....
