Make it to NYC a couple times a year and consistently stay here due to the location and great breakfast area overlooking Times Square. The location hasnt changed but their improvements included moving the breakfast area so the view is gone, replaced by a cumbersome buffet with grossly overpriced mediocre food, unless you like cold eggs and stale bagels where getting cream cheese is a special request. Consistent, well situated, and solid property. The team is super friendly, attentive, and frankly one of my favorite hotels in the city. The hotel is situated at the top of Times Square so giving you easy access to 5th ave and all the cool shops. If we travel to NYC this will be our go to hotel....

I and my buddy travel often and stay 75+ nights annually for work and pleasure all over in Marriott Hotels. I Honestly can say that Ginamarie L is One of the Best that we met personally. She loves her job and is very good at it. A huge shout out to her for her hospitality, amazing service, and the upgrades to our rooms....

This hotel is in the heart of everything that is Times Square! The staff is very kind and courteous - they answered any questions I had very promptly through the app!
The room was very nice and clean and as a plus the window even cracked open, which allowed me to get some fresh air in the room! Definitely recommend a stay at this hotel if you wanna be where the action is!...

We stayed here for five nights and, while the location is undeniably excellent right in the heart of Times Square, our overall experience was mixed and ultimately disappointing for a hotel of this price and brand.
