Betty at the front desk was very helpful, Gania in the restaurant was an excellent waitress.
Both were personable, professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to interact with throughout our stay....

Great location and beautiful room. Staff was wonderful! The internet is slow...we were there during World Cup and NBA playoffs, so that may have been part of the problem. We have stayed here twice....

This hotel was an incredible experience - we had to change from another one nearby that was charging a similar price, but was very low quality. The Knickerbocker was outstanding, clean and safe, the staff was amazing, and the fact that they keep your room clean and organized was a plus. Shoutout to Gania in the 4th floor restaurant, she was very nice and was always making sure we had everything we needed during break...

Great stay. Clean. Well located. Kind staff. Great breakfast. A wonderful woman named Gania was a delight to meet at breakfast each day. The personal services means so much. I will be back...
