Very friendly and helpful staff, great service. Location is perfect . Spacious room and convenient, small details make it special, such as the free umbrella when it rains, but also the enthusiasm of the people and the history of the building. Special thanks to Jimmy....

Everything I cold want in a NYC hotel - right on Times Square, steps from the subway, clean, well-appointed rooms, comfortable beds, onsite coffee & restaurant and very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff. Will now be my first suggestion for others heading to NY for business or leisure.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Knickerbocker. It was extremely clean, service was great, and it was very close to everywhere I was going in New York (NY City Bar Association; Chrysler Building); and plenty of restaurants close by (thanks to the Concierge for great recommendations!)....

The attention of the bar is excellent, some friends recommended this place to me and my experience was greater, Oscar has a great attitude and makes the stay really pleasant, I would really go back, I totally recommend visiting this place, it's a pleasant experience in the heart of Manhattan...
