Gania takes the Knickerbocker to the next level

The Knickerbocker breakfast was pretty good, but the service from Gania took it to the next level. She is incredibly attentive, extremely aware of her customers and masterfully creates a sense of welcome - truly one of a kind. Simply said, my wife and I have never had breakfast service anywhere in the world like this. I hope this hotel recognizes how good they have it with her because they'd be average without her....

I love this place. We stay here regularly and have never been disappointed. Love the Martini Lounge especially servers and bartenders Laura (the best), Juan, managers Roselyn and.Ben.

The Knickerbocker was a perfect, centrally located place to stay on our recent trip to NYC. You really are close to many, many things (Times Square, Bryant Park, St Pats, Rockefeller Center, 5th Ave) and the subway is right there as well if you want to venture out of the area. The beds were very comfortable for all of us and you have a choice of pillows (feather or foam). I loved how responsive the staff was with ...

We stayed at the Knickerbocker using points from one of our credit cards and were assigned to a quiet room at the end of the 10th floor. We hadn't been in NYC together as a couple for 15 months...the price shock at Whole Foods and for coffee was worse than LA, but we found the Knickerbocker's rate reasonable for this day in age. The bed was the, and I mean, THE most comfortable we had slept in for the past two years....
