One of my fav hotels in NYC!

Comfortable and generous sized rooms! Fantastic location and very attentive staff. Excellent space and the bathroom and storage in the rooms were plentiful. The coffee bar in the hotel was very fast. The gym had two different areas and were very clean and well equipped....

Overall what an excellent stay! For NYC, the room was huge and quiet and clean with a super comfy bed. We were on a waitlist for a room upgrade and we got it! The staff at the Knickerbocker are all all-stars, from front desk to bellhops to wait staff at the breakfast buffet on the 4th floor. (Shoutout to sweet Gania!) Food and coffee at the breakfast are phenomenal. So glad we chose to include this!

Perfect location but could do with a renovation. The AC had some funny behavior and the window couldnt be opened. And for the Five Stars the interior has clearly seen better days. In the end its Times Square NY I guess. Compared to other hotels in this category I have to say its not that convincing...

An absolute gem of a hotel located in the middle of Manhattan. The location is excellent - incredibly walkable plus you are right next to a major subway stop/hub. However, the best part was how serene the hotel felt in the middle of it all. From the moment we walked in we immediately felt at ease. What a delight to stay at The Knickerbocker! The rooms are designed so beautifully... simple and modern lines that somehow fit perfectly into the gorgeous historic building. The bathroom amenities make you feel like you're in a spa! A stone's throw from "The Crossroads of the World and yet quiet and restful inside. I will definitely stay there again when I need to do an overnight in the city!...
