Extremely disappointed with this hotels service and negligence.
I left expensive Lululemon clothes in my room after switching rooms. Housekeeping did not check the room properly and rented it to the next guest right away. Even after I notified the hotel immediately, they did NOT retrieve my items from the next guest upon checkout, and my clothes were taken.
Staff promised compensation but have ignored all my email...

Our trip was amazing! Felipe spoiled us with a late check out, Imrana kept us safe, and Ramay treated us at the gift shop. These dudes genuinely care about our experience and how we consider top tier service. They exceeded our expectations and we are extremely grateful for their professionalism. I would highly recommend this resort to anybody coming to experience NY for the first time ...

Great Location (approx. 15min walk to Times Sq, Broadway etc)
Hotel clean, we had a lovely quiet room with great side view.
Free bottled water from hotel shop and we requested a kettle for our room from reception. All the staff were very helpful, Thank you
