The location is great and the staff is friendly but.....the hotel rooms need a massive upgrade. The first room they gave me was 75 degrees and they couldn't fix the temp so it was either 75 or 66 and it was right off the elevator which sounded like a freight train coming into the room. They kindly moved me to another room on the 28th floor. Lovely but EVERY hour, the pipes cranked LOUDLY....and I mean all night lo...

Small dark rooms. There seems to be some sort of massive air-con unit outside the hotel window which goes 24 hours a day. In room heating not working.
No tea or coffee making facilities in the room.
This is not your normal Marriott. Not sure if its being run as a franchise.
Ill definitely not be returning....

Hotel staff is friendly and accommodating, hotel seems very up to date.
Housekeeping could have a better eye for detail, nothing that affected my stay though.
Would absolutely book again....

During my stay on December 2021, a female housekeeping staff member entered our occupied room at 11:30 PM without knocking while my partner and I were fully naked. Instead of immediately leaving, she continued into the room and removed the refrigerator and coffee pot.
We felt violated and unsafe. The incident was reported immediately and acknowledged by management the next day, who stated the room would be comped. ...

Great for Business travel

Have stayed several times for business travel due to location and rate. Like the lobby and access to the bar/restaurant and Starbucks connected to lobby. Avra, David Burke and Cognac across the street for easy access to good food. The rooms are small and dated and could benefit from some upkeep. If youre hanging around the room a lot, this may be an issue. Bed is comfortable and TV works well. Good lighting. No coff...
