The worst hotel I have ever stayed in in New York. Had to come here just after Thanksgiving, paying an eye watering $1000 per night for the 'privilege'. The curtain was broken, but they couldn't fix it as 'the hotel is about to be sold'. The heating wasn't working. I called down to reception SIX times to try to get it fixed, still freezing. The sink was blocked with crud, I guess no one thinks to check these things w...

I absolutely want to share how great the staff at the Lexington Hotel is. I had the absolute pleasure of being checked in by Nicole! She was warm, kind and very pleasant to interact with. She helped me get a room I was comfortable in and explained all the hotel amenities at my disposal with glee. Nicole exemplifies Marriott's "spirit to serve" I will absolutely be back!...

Great location, lovely rooms.
Nicole at check in was absolutely amazing. Possibly the best guest service experience I had to date. Nicole went over and beyond to make feel welcomed....

Great for Iconic NY Christmas Sights

I recently stayed at The Lexington Hotel, Autograph Collection with my family during a work trip and it was the perfect spot. Its right on point for location when traveling for work or when you take a little time off. When I had a meeting or the family wanted to just walk and take in the holiday sights, everything was right there.

BLACK MOLD

Black Mold was active on the air vents and in the bathroom. dilapidated facilities are shown in the multiple photos attached....
