Still here now sadly. Really not up to the usual Voco brand that I've stayed in twice before (Melbourne and The Hague and they were beautiful).
Bathroom is very tatty, with a replaced shower head that doesn't fit in the holder so It falls out, every single time I shower. No heating in the bathroom either, the shower door has gaps so water goes everywhere things are loose and falling apart and there's rust on lots of...

This is the second time Ive stayed at this hotel, and Id like to give a special shout-out to Elena from the breakfast service. She is incredibly kind and even remembered me from my visit a year ago! Outstanding service....

After pleasant Voco stays in Tucson and Flagstaff this NYC location was booked with confidence and didn't disappoint. Located near Penn Station it was the perfect base for a jam packed 30 hour family adventure. The rooms are standard NYC sized but well thought out. Nice bathrooms and everything was spotless. Davids & Javiers service at the breakfast bar was excellentalthigh the kitchen was a bit backed up with orders, both of our servers were so attentive, helpful and sweet with us....

Hotel was in good location and was quiet and clean. You have to wait ages for lifts so need to use stairs. The breakfast process and quality was awful. Queue for at least 30 minutes to order food, wait over 30 minutes to get food and then food is cold and not very nice. Wouldnt recommend....
