Wonderful charming hotel in the best area of the city. Beautiful townhouse in Greenwich, only a short walk from Union Square. Well maintained. Nice clean rooms with comfortable beds. Powerful showers (a treat in NY!) and nice amenities. Very quiet at night. Breakfast à la carte was delicious, and so were the evening cocktails. Did not eat dinner but the menu looks good. Walker Hotel is a very charming hotel in a great neighborhood. Quiet, residential and a very helpful staff made this a great experience. Society Cafe has really good food, highly recommend breakfast. Easy to get to the subway and very easy walk to Washington Square Park. My only concern is that the room was a bit dark, would love to see more lighting as my eyes had to adjust to the dark, mood lighting in the room. Wo...

Quaint and convenient

We enjoyed the jazz music that was performed each evening in the lobby. The location is great with awesome access to the subway and wonderful restaurants, coffee shops and entertainment within close proximity, making it easy to get around by walking or by subway. The room was a bit tight but the shower was a nice size and the hot water and high pressure made up for the tight quarters...

Great hotel option

Went for a trip with my daughter and we loved it. It's like a cozy home away from home and nice to come back to after walking Manhattan. Would definitely stay again. Also a great location, it's quiet for NYC but still close to subway. Lots of amenities within walking distance...

good location and decent sized room and got credit to spend at the bar. Also free coffee and water bottles which was nice touch and appreciated. however furnishings need update as tired and dated and unchic. room was not cleaned on one occasion and had to alert staff...
