amazing hotel. comfy and close to everything. great complementary breakfast and want to point out the service of Sonia Martinez. she works at the 23rd floor in the dining area, great service always welcoming and helpful always there to make it a great dinning experience. highly recommend the hotel and the service of the staff is unmatched....

The room was perfect. The food came with our stay, both breakfast and dinner, and was especially delicious. Service excellent and all the employees were very nice and helpful. Our room had a beautiful view and so did the terrace. I will return on my next trip to NYC!...

We had a wonderful stay and both Donna and Armani went out of their way to make our stay extra special! Very special people!! New York is a magical city. The concierge at the Terrace, as well as the service there was exceptional. It has been our pleasure and we cant wait to return!!...

I had the pleasure of staying at the 5-star West House hotel the night before my wedding, and it was an absolutely flawless experience. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel so welcome by the incredible team. First time at this hotel. As Diamond member, we received an upgrade to a suite with a living/dining room. Off the king bedroom we had a patio overlooking 7th ave. truly amazing. Breakfast was included and was super nice. Every staff member we walked by said hello was super pleasant and helpful. I will make this my go to place in NYC. ...
