Extremely Disappointing Stay at the ScamHouse, In True Filth.

Worst hotel stay of my life at the ScamHouse hotel! I had a reservation booked through Airbnb from March 13-15th. After a long day of traveling, excited to finally reach my room and shower (which I was over an hour late for my check in for) I was greeted by a man with a ladder in my room. We just got back from a spring trip to NYC and I have to give a huge shout-out to the team at WestHouse. The hotel is beautiful and the location is great, but the staff are really the ones who made our stay. They found out it was my birthday and surprised us with a suite upgrade! Stayed at the WestHouse for thr NYC half marathon. I was running, my roommate was not. This room was classified as a 5 star hotel on hotel engine and it was so far from that. The heat was permanently on and when we called to have it changed they told us that it was set seasonally but theyd bring us a fan. The fan was covered in dust. We loved staying at Westhouse. Great location. Sonya was an excellent hostess for cocktail hour! We did get hot in our room and were unable to properly regulate temperature....

Just returned from a girls trip weekend stay at the WestHouse Hotel New York in the heart of the City. Such a wonderful hotel, great location and amazing amenities. Unfortunately, on my first night I came down with food poisoning from a restaurant outside the hotel. While it certainly wasnt the start to the trip I had hoped for, the kindness and attentiveness of the hotel staff truly stood out.
