Not only was the hotel clean and helped us out when we got snowed in and our flights canceled but Hector the Doorman looked out for us the whole time and made sure we were looked after!...

Hector is the best valet guy ever!! Hes so sweet and always smiling!! He is so caring and brings the car over so quickly! And hell let you wait inside so youre not waiting in the cold...

The rooms are a good size (particularly by NYC standards) and clean, albeit they are due for a refresh and some updating. The staff is greatfrom checkin to Housekeeping, everyone was very friendly and efficient. Despite being near Grand Central, the block it is on is relatively calm/quiet. It was a nice stay, due primarily to the great team that runs the place....

This hotel was fantastic. I have to say the staff made everything even better. Hector, the doorman Alan, the front desk manager and Lily and Irina the manager and at the front desk were so positive and fun and kind and really made me feel welcome
I know this sounds silly, but I kind of felt like I was leaving a new family I just me.

I had a somewhat of an extended stay at the Westin New York Grand Central and I really enjoyed myself. Everyone from the doormen, in particular Hector, but the entire team to all the ladies at the front and that includes the manager, have been a joy to work with on a daily basis. Its something that I truly appreciate as the stay has been my home away from home and I cant think of a better place to be. The cleaning ...
