Horrible experience, this hotel is a disaster and management is worse. Full hotel, only 1 working elevator at night, spent 1 hour waiting to get to room ( because Im not doing 25 floors after walking all day). Room is partially flooded even though we werent in it all day. Management is rude and not helpful at all. Just lying to everyone. DO NOT STAY HERE, its a run down POS...

I travelled by Amtrak to NYC to meet a doctor at Langone Concussion Clinic as I have had a brain concussion since October 2025. I was able to stay at the Westin at a favorable rate as it was located across the street from the Clinic.
