I would not recommend The Westin New York Grand Central based on my recent stay. For the premium, holiday-level rates I paid, the service and professionalism were nowhere near Westin standards.

Excellent location, rooms are clean, nice breakfast buffet, the entire staff were so friendly snd welcoming. They went above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable

This is a superb hotel in an excellent location for midtown with easy access to transport. The bedroom was large (Especially for New York), with a comfortable bed and relaxing pillows. The room offered a great view of the Chrysler building. Cleanliness was at a high standard. My only comment for improvement to the hard product would be the layout of the shower, it is near impossible to turn the shower on without ...
