Westin Grand Central was amazing. Hector at the door set the tone for our stay when we arrived. He was helpful, friendly, and welcomed us to the hotel upon arrival as if we were family. Cannot say enough good things about this location. Will be back!...

We are just home from a wonderful stay at the Westin, the hotel is beautiful and so central to the sights in NYC. The rooms are spacious and cleaned every day, in addition the breakfast every morning was beautiful and very tasty. Big shout out to Thomas, helped us a lot during our stay in NYC nothing was ever a bother to him and greeted us every evening with a smile and a chat. From Mr&Mrs Ferris Ireland...

A great location - away from the manic crowds of Times Square. The room was comfortable and warm but a little dated and slightly tired around the edges. The check in staff were polite, but the resort fee the hotel charges is a complete rip off. We just felt that the hotel was a bit impersonal. My brother and sister in law stayed at the Westgate, one block away and felt the atmosphere was far more homely....

This hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a great location. I would not hesitate to stay here again. I am here writing this review because the staff went above and beyond for me. On the way to the airport, I left my backpack in the taxi. We paid in cash and did not have the medallion number. We called the hotel and the bellman remembered us and who our taxi driver was. He was able to send him back to the airpo...

Comfortable stay

The front desk staff were very welcoming. The manager Mr. Samrat was kind enough to get us an early check- in.
Pillows and sheets are fluffy, clean and hygienic. Mattress is comfortable too.
This was second visit in six months. Will visit again soon....
