Fantastic location

Fantastic location, near Times Square, Bryant Park, Top of the Rock, lovely room cleaned daily, room view of the Empire State.
Staff absolutely amazing, friendly and helpful.
Will 100% be staying here again,
Big shout out to doorman Hector what a nice guy, sorted our taxi in the early hours of the morning thank you ....

We stayed for an overnight stay before getting cruise ship for our holiday. The hotel is situated within walking distance of Grand Cental Station. Greeting at reception was warm and friendly. We were also given a voucher for a complimentary breakfast was which was very welcoming in the morning. The hotel reception had a warm friendly atmosphere with the bar just along from the desk. Fantastic hotel, perfect location for exploring New York. Hotel was clean, rooms were nice, good breakfast, service was good.
Doorman Hector was definitely the most memorable part of our stay. Always a smile, so friendly and helpful. For him alone we would come back! Overall a great hotel, would recommend....

Our stay at the Westin Grand Central was made extra special due to HECTOR, doorman and valet extraordinaire!
I was in a bind when my phone wouldnt charge (and my burglary alarm was going off at home.) Hector was able to charge my phone in such a way I could talk to the police and cancel the alarm.
HECTOR is the epitome of excellence in customer service: professional, kind, gracious and a gentleman.
