Superb hotel, we had a superb view of the Empire State Building. ATMs were very easy to find and the breakfast was superb....

We had an unexpected death in the family and needed a group of rooms. The Front Desk Mgr Shana helped us out tremendously to ensure us all the way that their sales team was on it. She was incredibly helpful and re assuring that we would have our rooms....
