Fabulous trendy smart hotel with great staff and near to all the attractions. Will definitely stay here again!

We stayed for 3 nights over Xmas and were so impressed easy quick check in, the room was on 46th floor with a great view and clean and fresh decor. Love the bed that is motor controlled to go into a sofa/bed at hands reach, so you can get more room for moving about although we didnt find we needed it. Lovely ambient lighting around the tv and bathroom, which can be changed for any colourpretty cool.

I haven't written a review in a long time, but I was internally writing my review during the entire stay. *Rolls up sleeves*. Alright, let's do this.
Husband, "I booked us two nights in a penthouse terrace!" For well over $2k, we were expecting something along the lines of a Westin, you know, crisp, clean sheets, the lovely scent they diffuse, and luxe furniture that is beyond comfortable.

Do Not stay in room 406. During our stay, 12/27/25-12/29/25 - the thermostat was broken, the window shade was broken giving no privacy, and the bed motor was not functioning. The room is also by the gym with a lot of noise.
We had a terrible experience of sleeping in our coats to stay warm and trying for hours to reach an engineer to fix the shade. At 11 pm, an engineer was finally alerted to the problem and brou...

Wish I could give zero stars. They cancelled our reservation 10 mins after check in time as we were on our way into the city

I would NEVER stay here again.
The bathroom looked like a prison bathroom (see photo of the shower).
We could hear road noise and cars beeping even up on the 24th floor (the building needs better insulation).
The TV streaming service wasnt working.
The heated towel bar wasnt working.
We couldnt find a working ice machine we tried three ice machines on three different floors but none worked.
