Avoid YOTEL at all costs - total rip off

We had a TERRIBLE experience at Yotel Time Square and would recommend avoiding it at all costs. After driving 5 hours to attend an event in NYC that evening, we were not able to gain access to the family room that we booked until 2.5 hours after check in time. During that time, we were lied to repeatedly by front desk staff that the room "would be ready in 10 minutes", and had barely enough time for our family of 4 t...

Horrid place to stay and the manager dont care.

Our stay at YOTEL New York Times Square turned into a very stressful experience.
During the visit we were moved between four different rooms (0810, 2221, 1010 and 2730) due to ongoing problems. In Room 1010 we discovered a bed bug and I was bitten. This was reported immediately and photographed.

Originally I seen the room on TikTok with the ambient lighting so I reserved the skyline view room and knew this is where I wanted to stay however when i arrived at the room NO ambient lighting was available in my room. which is 1/2 main reasons I booked the room. Disturbing Nights and No Response from Management

Stayed at YOTEL New York from Feb 27 to Mar 2 (room 2201).
During my stay there were repeated disturbances at night coming from a neighboring room, including loud shouting and profanity. On the night of Feb 28 to Mar 1 around 5:00 a.m., a group of guests arrived and created significant noise in the corridor and surrounding rooms. Another guest even had to leave their room to ask them to be quiet.

Poor experience with the check in process, lack of ice buckets and ice throughout the yotel. No pride in making sure people had a great experience. Lack luster staff - especially at check in area!...
