First thing for the positive is staff were lovely to us & helpful. Its also close to times square walking distance.
Negatives; rooms are very small, everything is very tired & broken. Hotel didn't feel safe many women turning up for work with men if you get me, roof top wasn't open, no kettle in room. Window in the room on 18th floor broken, shower falling apart, bed all worn like a mouse had chewed it, noise level...

I really dont like complaining but I feel this is necessary. After spending $400 for one single night through Hotels.com, we came to the hotel to check in. The touch screen told us to speak to guest services. The line was long and the one of the men working there was incredibly rude and even rolled his eyes and huffed to us, when I was told I had to pay an additional $50 upon arrival that I wasnt made aware of prev...

We are hotel owners, with decades of hospitality experience. We were in NY for the Boutique Hotel Show. We've stayed here in the past, but now it's a dump in desperate need of renovation, AND it needs a better trained staff. Our GM had a mechanical noise like a freight train (he provided a video of the sound) in his TINY room, was told "That's just the way it is", and staff refused to move the guest. Then, manag...

DO NOT STAY HERE! The management is non existent. The hotel is more of a run down motel at best. The rooms are gross, there are no amenities, it's not clean, and the noise level alone isn't worth it. It was a horrible experience. Don't waste your money or time at this mess!...

Stayed for 3 nights great hotel , very clean and trendy!! The only thing i didn't like was that the rooms do not all light up as advertised. If you want a NEON light room you should ask !...
