Stayed here for 4 nights with my daughter. Great location for Times Square, easy to navigate from here as a base. Room was small but had everything we needed. Very clean. Would definitely stay here again...

Where do I begin with this. Firstly I dont think Ive ever written a review as poor as this one. My partner and I had decided to stay here for the week of our engagement. Mistake. Shouldve stuck to what we knew - the Fitzpatrick hotel. Only they were fully booked. Really perplexed by some of the reviews on this, we did some research beforehand and realised it was essentially a US version of the premier inn, exactly what we were after. Basic, comfortable, cheaper than a chain hotel to use as a base

Its unfortunate I could not give zero stars. Lets first start with the room. Phone does not work, a awful automated system & the front desk are to busy acting like the Gestapo to actually answer;

Our stay at YOTEL Times Square was deeply disappointing and concerning, especially given the price point of the hotel.
Upon arrival, we found the room in an unacceptable condition. The most serious issue was visible blood on the desk beside the bed, which is a significant health and safety concern. This is not a minor cleanliness issue and should never occur in a hotel room.
