This was my second time staying at Yotel. You cannot beat the price and location. As a gay man who loves theatre, I loved that I was near Hells Kitchen for LGBTQIA+ nightlife and near the theatre district but not smack dab in Times Square. A few disappointments but not deal breakers - our outlets didnt seem to work fully so Id sometimes wake up without a full charge on my phone. Plus the way the shampoo, body wash ...

Extremely unfriendly and rude staff, will never stay there again and will make sure all my family and friends wont either. Asked to speak with a manager for my satisfaction and I was shutdown. Filthy bedding is a health hazard....

🪳🪳🪳BED BUGSSSS!!! do not stay here!!
I checked out and on my walk i noticed bed bugs so we tried calling and no one answered so we turned around and went back to the hotel to ask to check the beds.
The managers were neglectful, would not say one word to me. No sorry, how can we help.. NOT A WORD. the only one that was allowed to speak with us was the security guy. He said we are not allowed back in the room.

AC was not working in our room.

Ac was broken both nights. Room temperature was 79 degrees. Maintenance did come up, said it was the buildings compressor. We asked to relocate but were told the hotel was sold out.
We left the second night for home after paying close to $400 per night.
Reached out to management and they responded they were sorry.
That's not good enough, feel we should be refunded or at least a voucher for Boston (Where we live)....
