Very personalized service. Restaurant staff were very attentive and focused on details. Youseff remembered our choice of coffee even only after one visit to the breakfast buffet....

Amazing service by hotel staff, very polite and helpful and perfect location for shopping and visiting the old town. Roof top bar is very cool with the view of the Christmas market and sea....

Pros~perfect location, very good hotel, good room, good mattress, clean.
Cons~ Room 211 very noisy,
1.Tired staff in gereral everywhere, nobody smiled except 2 ladies
2.in house phones nobody bothers to answer, room service, operator, reception.
3.Very noisey refrigerator in room...

Highly recommended - beautiful hotel in perfect location. Room spacious and comfortable, well appointed, gorgeous terrace with lovely view, fabulous top floor bar.
I ould especially like to commend the service - which has made me feel like a treasured guest. I mistakenly double booked our room and on arrival this was ironed out straight away by front of house deputy manager, despite it being entirely my fault. ...

I will be staying here in April. So far I have been very impressed by how helpful the reservation team and front of house manager has been, proactively sorting two issues that were my mistake. Bodes well for the trip...
