The family like vibe of Anantara makes it a stand-out experience among premier hotels. Throughout our stay, we received unconditional welcome and all our requests were taken care of. The staff at this hotel is very professional. We did not have any issues with anything. They offered help and arranged everything that we asked for.
Some of their tour partners may not be as professional. Research them before taking any tours with them. The tours arranged by the hotels were expensive and did not provide the service that was expected.
The breakfast has extensive selections.

5/5 for The spa experience with Laureen and David : they were perfect!!
But 2/5 for The restaurant The service was very very long and not a 5 stars service, we were really disapointed by this restaurant. No One come to ask for a drink during your long long waiting....
