It is a nice place, but we were honestly shocked that the hotel was not able to check us in at 5 pm. We were told there were issues with housekeeping, so we had to wait.
When we finally entered the room with a baby, the carpet was very dirty. I then noticed small pieces of glass or plastic on the floor - which is especially worrying, considering a baby could have been crawling. Housekeeping had to come in and clean ...

Very personalized service. Restaurant staff were very attentive and focused on details. Youseff remembered our choice of coffee even only after one visit to the breakfast buffet....

Amazing service by hotel staff, very polite and helpful and perfect location for shopping and visiting the old town. Roof top bar is very cool with the view of the Christmas market and sea....

Pros~perfect location, very good hotel, good room, good mattress, clean.
Cons~ Room 211 very noisy,
1.Tired staff in gereral everywhere, nobody smiled except 2 ladies
2.in house phones nobody bothers to answer, room service, operator, reception.
3.Very noisey refrigerator in room...

Highly recommended - beautiful hotel in perfect location. Room spacious and comfortable, well appointed, gorgeous terrace with lovely view, fabulous top floor bar.
