Hotel Beau Rivage has the best location, you are exactly in the center of old Nice, need just to cross the road for the beach, close to the best restaurants and Promenade ! But it definitely need the renovation , rooms are small, narrow entrance at the room, too old. Needs renovation !...

This was our 6th visit to Beau Rivage in Nice. It has an excellent location in old Nice and still easy accessible from airport. It is close to the market (Place Saleya) and the narrow streets in old Nice. The hotel co-operate with Beau Rivage Beach Club, where the hotel helped us with reservations.

Great hotel in a great location very central to everything. We were in a refurbished room - beautiful. Breakfast was good - plenty of options. Unfortunately the TV channels in English are limited to CNN and BBC.
Front desk staff have been exceptional, answering all our questions re things to see, how to get to the large shopping centre past the airport, organising bus tickets etc.
