Great hotel in a great location very central to everything. We were in a refurbished room - beautiful. Breakfast was good - plenty of options. Unfortunately the TV channels in English are limited to CNN and BBC.
Front desk staff have been exceptional, answering all our questions re things to see, how to get to the large shopping centre past the airport, organising bus tickets etc.

Fabulous location, with friendly and helpful staff and our standard room was clean and comfortable. Good selection for breakfast.Particular praise to Mohammed in the bar, who was welcoming and entertaining....

Good hotel but some issues !

It has a great location near the promenade and old town. The breakfast was good and staff excellent.
What spoilt our stay was that there was no hot water in the hotel from the night of October 13th and I was informed that the situation would take at least 48 hours to remedy as a part had to be brought from Paris.
We then checked out and into hotel Albert 1 nearby which is excellent .

No hot water during our 6 night stay of 14-20th. Hotel Manager said that he would organise a 20% refund, but never came. A few free drinks, but no resolution. Staff very friendly, but rooms need refurbishing. Breakfast excellent, location too. We had pre-paid our booking, so had little leverage. Very disappointing that we have been ignored. Could not unfortunately recommend this hotel to others....

I stayed here for five nights. There was an issue with the hot water, but overall, the customer service was excellent. Jean-Matthieu, Juliana, Sonia, and Lena made our stay a beautiful one. Each employee was very accommodating and did their best to meet our needs. I am forever grateful for the incredible hospitality.
