Lovely hotel, superbly situated on the edge of 'old' Nice, and just metres from the sea. Staff were excellent, breakast very good, room was fine with bright and modern bathroom. Highly recommended....

The hotel deserves a high rating! The room was well appointed and comfortable, the location is ideal - close to the beach and vieux nice. The breakfast was wonderful with plenty of variety and excellent service. The parking arranged with the hotel was very close and convenient. The staff was very helpful!...

Dreadful customer service from management team.

Location is perfect. Unfortunately the air conditioner is not turned on until May. Rooms are very hot, requested to be moved to a cooler room & were told this was not possible. We requested a fan be delivered to our room, which wasnt. We went to reception at 1:30am to retrieve one ourselves. This didnt solve the issue, as it blew hot air around the room, we again requested another fan. Informed the hotel via email ...

An excellent hotel for a stay in Nice. Good rooms, friendly staff, and a very tasty breakfast. I will be definitely back in the future....
