Lovely friendly reception staff. The room was simple, clean and quiet. Great bed - I slept really well. Good breakfast and great coffee. The location is fantastic. Quiet but very close to the beach and surrounded by bakeries, shops, bars and restaurants. I was there for work but a local colleague took me all over Nice and we walked everywhere. Safe was too small for a laptop and replacement water was missed a couple ...

France, are you ok? Is this what you expect from your four-star hotels? Because nowhere else in the world does this place land in the same neighborhood as a four-star hotel.

Everything was within walking distance train and tram were 5 minutes walk , seafront 3 minutes walk and surrounded by restaurants and bars. The room was nice and cleaned daily and all the staff were happy and helpful...

Lovely until time to sleep. Poor soundproofing makes it a terrible hotel.

Just a shame as everything else is fabulous. Staff are amazing but the noise above from the garden is not expectable. Avoid if you want to wake refreshed for a days holiday or in my case work.
The key for any quality hotel is block the noise....
