Literally a money scam

A few days after booking, they take a pre-authorization/deposit from the credit card linked to your account.
In my case, it was half of the total booking amount.
They state that this forced payment will be returned to the bank account within 10 business days, but the refund doesnt happen neither within 10 nor even within 20 days.
There are many reviews from people who faced the same problem, so it doesnt look...

I was at the hotel with my sister's and we all had great stay at Byakko hotel. The staff were attentive and very nice. Room was clean, breakfast was delicious. The location is grate, we walked everywhere. ...

Exceeded our expectations in many ways

We have just returned from a 3 night most enjoyable stay. Can really recommend this 3 star hotel, comfortable bedroom, excellent breakfasts, All staff go out of their way to ensure that the guests are looked after, particularly receptionists Lora and Pauline. We are looking forward to returning next year for the fabulous Monte Carlo Circus. Thank You everyone for a great 4 days...

Well located. Comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Helpful staff. Shower a bit small but clearly rooms adapted from not having bathroom and space is therefore limited....
