Excellent hotel in every way

Excellent hotel in great location. About a 6 minute walk to the train station and around 18 minute walk to the old town and beach front.
The room was not huge but perfectly acceptable. The bed was huge, and very comfortable. Great hot shower. The breakfast was excellent. Enough choice for all tastes.
Very helpful staff. A nice touch offering g free tea and coffee in the afternoon.
Would highly recommend...

We all enjoyed our three night stay at the Hotel Byakko. There was some confusion regarding our two room booking, initially advising I only had one booked but that got sorted before we arrived.
Nothing fancy but our twin bed deluxe room was a nice size, very comfy beds, lovely hot shower and the air con was fine. Not much storage space but for three nights there was enough.

this hotel is perfect. staff are so welcoming. the beds - sooo comfy, i got loads of sleep! you can even get breakfast and take it up to your room in the morning! not much traffic either. facilities are amazing. there's already towels and soap in the bathrooms. the staff also tidy your rooms. there's also an accessible roof area on the too floor! the hotel itself is a walkable distance from loads of shops, the seafro...

The hotel has a good location. Train station 8 min. walk. Tram 1 and 2 are nearby. Breakfast is good. Beds are comfortable. Staff is friendly. Coffee and tea available in the room. Free water is also available in the lounge....
