We stayed at the hotel for 11 nights. It is a beautiful hotel. Our room had a balcony which we really liked. It was a very enjoyable and comfortable time there. Of particular note, the breakfast was very extensive and delicious. All of the hotel staff were great including the front desk, however, the breakfast staff were above & beyond, including Jason, for the level of service provided. ...

The hotel is very well located, near the train station. The access to the transport in order to access the city center is 4 minutes walk.
The tram station to get to and from the airport is very close and accessible 15 minutes walk.
The room was clean and cosy. Very well equipped.
Friendly and ready to help staff.
Coffe and water available for free at any time....

Mosquitos were big problem. There might be electro-liquid raids in the rooms. We found one at pharmacy but first night they bite my son several times. Otherwise rooms were clean. Location was good....

When we arrived at the hotel Karim on reception discovered our booking had been cancelled by mistake by Expedia. It was nearly midnight and my daughter and I had had a long journey. Karim was extremely helpful kind and reassuring and arranged a room for us. The following morning the excellent staff had resolved the situation, arranged our new booking directly and charged an excellent rate. I would definitely recommen...
