Basic Hotel. Great Location.

Basic, small room. Not well ventilated as you find out when showering. Water pressure is great though. Comfortable bed.
Breakfast was convenient but average.
Location is great. Tram stop right outside and the train is a 5 minute walk as is the supermarket. On the main road for shopping and a 15 minute walk from the old town and beach.
All in all OK for budget accommodation. I personally would choose somewhere ...

I regularly return to the Monsigny when I am in Nice and once again the hotel has not let me down.
The room and bathroom are spotless clean. The location of the hotel is very central so I can access the restaurants and shops quickly and easily. Breakfast had a lot of variety and I could chose between sugary and flavoury or both. There is also the rooftop and restaurant when I need to unwind. I really recommend this ...

One of the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on. My husband and I now have bad backs after 2 nights here. The room was very small and lacked storage space but clean, and had a balcony. Breakfast good value for money although the croissants rather dry. ...

Very friendly service. Great room. Spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. The hotel is close to Gare Nice Ville.
We left early so we're not able to have the breakfast but it looked very nice.
Late check in was no problem. We would stay here again....

Good location for the tramway but inevitable street noise. Rooms quite small but adequate, comfortable bed. The bathroom was quite small but recently updated, the shower was excellent. Daily room cleaning was good. Breakfast good choice and quality but the hot breakfast was a bit dry and needed something like baked beans, tomatoes in juice or sauces, the bread, cold meats and cheese where very good.
