Stayed here with my mum for a long weekend. The hotel itself is beautiful situated in the heart of Nice and only a 10 minute walk to the promenade and the old town. There is a really lovely little outside seating area at the front of the hotel to sit and drink coffee. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The rooms are big, with a great bathroom and comfy beds. Rooms are cleaned daily.

I went with my teenage son. We arrived late (around 22.00), and the hotel didnt find our booking (via booking.com), so we had to wait a while before they could sort it out. In the end, we got a room that was probably a bit better than the one we booked.

We stayed in a family room (2 adults and 2 children) with a double bed and sofa bed. The location of the hotel is excellent - old town, railway station and many shops/restaurants are within walking distance. Also an easy tram journey from Nice airport. Myself and my hubby arrived after a very early start to the morning and were looking forward to a little snooze before we headed out. When we went to the room we relised our wall and balcony was the last in the row and right next to construction of new apartments. My reservation was open for choosing different types of rooms. When we checked in, I requested two beds. The front desk confirmed it. But when we went to the room. It was just one room. We went downstairs. Front desk said someone will separate the beds immediately. However, it turned out that the bed was not separatable. We had to get our stuff and got a different room.
