We arrived at 11am on 13th March 2026. After an early flight from Edinburgh we were delighted to hear our room was ready. We had a room on 1st floor, 1st impressions corridor and room very dated and tired. However room was clean and beds were comfortable. Decent sized bathroom. Lovely fluffy towels. Staying at the hotel next door, we enjoyed roof top drinks in the welcoming 8th floor bar of this hotel.
Wines and beers with friends with panoramic views over night-time Nice on the clearest of evenings.

Great location, short tram journey from airport. Convenient for both tram and train. We arrived early but reception stored our bags and direct us to visit the Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild. Our room was spacious, spotless clean, with a balcony with a restricted view of the sea. The roof top, pool, spa, bar and restaurant were all amazing. Too cold to swim but used the warm spa pool. First off, this is a 3 star hotel masquerading as a 4 star hotel - purely because it has a rooftop pool and groundfloor spa. To manage expectations, the pool is tiny (it would fit two people swimming lengths, side by side) and the spa is a whirlpool and tiny hamman, with treatment room.

We have just returned home from 11 nights in a deluxe room on the 7th floor, which we used to explore Nice and the surrounding Cote D'Azur region.
