This hotel is very old and dingy and not very clean. The towels are terrible and the room was very dark and depressing. I would not recommend staying here. We found a lovely hotel around the corner and down the street. We are much happier!...

Hotel location is excellent, rooms are spacious and clean. If youre looking for air conditioning- this hotel doesnt have. Non of the units in the room work to cool off the room. The staff will ignore your concerns and yes you to death that they are looking into it. If your coming from
America and are use to American AC dont stay here....

The location is excellent right in the heart of Palermo, close to everything. The reception staff were polite, and the room was clean and big with great bed and bath!
However, the area is extremely noisy, even during the night, so if youre sensitive to noise or looking for a peaceful rest, this might not be the best choice.

The staff at the hotel went beyond the call of duty to be incredibly helpful. A medical emergency required urgent hospitalisation and surgery. We had to stay back at the hotel for an extra week after discharge from hospital. We received first class care and consideration from staff at reception (Virginia, Sofia, Michele and Loreto, and others) catering (Vincinzo, Letitia) and a wonderful cleaner (Maria)...

The breakfast is in the stuffy basement .My room on the groundf foor faced the parking lot .the cars too close to the window. The receptionists friendly and helpful, location central, much can be reached on foot
