Stefano is amazing!!!
He gave me a massage and he has a magic touch.
Stefano is very attentive and kind. He listened carefully to my needs.
After 10 minutes the knots in my neck and shoulders started to ease. After half an hour all tension melted away, and 1 hour later I was floating.
I recommend a massage with Stefano at the beginning of your holiday so you can really enjoy your staying in La Ciaccia.

Firstly, the rooms here are comfortable. Unfortunately, the rooms are situated by a busy road and you can hear outside when you are trying to sleep (not great for light sleepers). Staff here are not too friendly and very much a lack of greeting service (we werent even told when Breakfast was) but at the reception, staff happily direct you to best places to eat and to visit while in Palermo. I feel that this hotel has many issues with it that only require simple solutions.
The positives first. The staff at the reception desk were very friendly and smiley.
The location of this establishment is excellent for navigation around Palermo. The receptionists did supply us with a map and gave good dining and tourist tips.
The rooms were lovely and spacious, and had good facilities and comfy beds.

Stayed here 4 nights at the end of April..... one of the most overrated hotels I have ever stayed in.... summary as follows:
Location - 4 star
Room - 3 star
Breakfast - 1 star
Hotel Amenities - 1 star...
