Politeama hotel was a lovely experience, the staff is really helpful and most speak good English and other languages as well. Filippo will arrange great local trips with trusted locals (the boat trip was amazing) and even advise on local restaurants. The hotel is in a great location. My room had a perfect view of Teatro Politeama. All the staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel was very clean and well kept. When I arrived I found that my travel agent had mistakenly booked rooms with one bed. Since I was traveling with my children I needed rooms with 2 beds. The handsome gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and quickly upgraded the rooms for me. Of cou...

Had a wonderful stay! Room was comfortable. Staff were lovely. Food in the roof restaurant was delicious, unhurried, and offered panoramic views over Palermo. A real treat. ...

Hotel Politeama is a lovely hotel in the best location in Palermo. Our room was large and comfortable. The lobby is nice with lots of sitting areas. We never made up to the bar, but heard it was great. Best thing is that when we arrived after an overnight flight at 8 AM they were kind enough to give us our room which was ready! Front desk staff attentive, knowledgable and always pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend...
