Had a wonderful stay! Room was comfortable. Staff were lovely. Food in the roof restaurant was delicious, unhurried, and offered panoramic views over Palermo. A real treat. ...

Great hotel best location

Hotel Politeama is a lovely hotel in the best location in Palermo. Our room was large and comfortable. The lobby is nice with lots of sitting areas. We never made up to the bar, but heard it was great. Best thing is that when we arrived after an overnight flight at 8 AM they were kind enough to give us our room which was ready! Front desk staff attentive, knowledgable and always pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend...

The hotel is very conveniently located to all the main attractions while being a little quieter. Very modern and the rooms were incredibly spacious. The buffet breakfast was very nice. But what made the stay so special was Philippo, the concierge, and the other staff at the front desk. Philippo was incredible, going above and beyond with any arrangements we needed. I would stay here any time, just because of him!...

I liked this hotel, the location is great for sll the attractions and restaurants. The buffet breakfast met our requirements and the room was comfortable....
