Extremely impressed by this hotel, staff, cleanliness and location. Both Daniels on the front desk very professional and welcoming.
Our room 515 with balcony ( had a view of roofs and a distant harbour) the room itself was spacious and the bed comfortable. Tea and coffee facilities also a mini fridge with free water ( no other items in it), safe, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and slippers.

This hotel is perfect. Nothing I can complain about. It was exceptionally clean. Rooms were cleaned and tidied for us every day. Fridge was restocked with still water and sparkling water every day. Coffee and sugar was restocked also every day. Towels changed every day. The staff is amazing, extremely kind, helpful and professional! Everyone is so friendly it makes your stay at the hotel so pleasant. Cant even begin...

All round amazing hotel. Perfectly situated in the heart of the city. 2 mins walk to great food and drink/ coffee. The cafe next door is amazing for morning coffee and croissants....

Great hotel in the heart of Palma, for all the restaurants, cafes, bars and beach, the sky bar has a stunning view on the 8th floor with a great relaxed vibe, professional friendly team members, great music, food and cocktails...
