Worst unbearable smell coming from drains in the rooms

The hotel rooms stank from the smell of the drains. We asked them to remedy this & they did not until we asked for a refund to go stay somewhere else. Then they put us in a different smaller room (not what we paid for) with the same nauseating sewage drain smell. ...

Our stay at ICON Roseto for our 50th Wedding anniversary was marvelous. A wonderful and caring staff, a fabulous breakfast buffet, quiet and just adjacent to the old town district....

Great hotel Central to the old town

Clean, modern and well equipped room. Comfortable beds and a nice hot, powerful shower. Staff were always very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again in the future ️
The palace and cathedral are a 5 minute walk through the old town and there is a great choice of cafes and restaurants nearby....

Brilliant hotel and staff and unprompted provided extra birthday treat with a bottle of champagne. Good location and full of character....
