Another perfect stay in this lovely hotel. It's a very peaceful place to sleep despite being in the centre of Palma. Lovely staff, breakfast and exceptionally clean....

The hotel is tucked away just off a main street, and is in walking distance of main sightseeing attractions.
The staff on reception were excellent they were welcoming and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble.
The breakfast buffet had a great choice of food to suit all.
Overall this hotel ticked all our boxes for a short city break in Palma....

The hotel and staff were absolutely wonderful and they really 'pulled out all the stops' to make this a very special Christmas. Centrally located in the old town and easily reached by local transport, it is set back in a tranquil and quiet location minutes away from the atmosphere of the historic local area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. What a quiet room, and the bed is so comfortable! Slept too much! ;-) Breakfast is perfect - something for everyone. Stayed over two weeks and never an issue. I cant say enough about the staff - really went out of their way to make us feel at home and ensure we were comfortable. This will be our new regular home in Palma. ...
