I loved everything about the hotel, it was clean, quiet, perfectly located and the staff were very friendly and helpful. May in particular went out of her way to be helpful with suggestions for nearby beaches and the best way to the airport.
We were in Palma for 3 days and the hotel made the trip a real treat....

It is one of the best hotels I have ever visited. The staff is super serviceminded and helps with all your needs.The location is great, everything is close by. I can only recommend the Hotel, and I will return next year again. ...

We were very disappointed with this hotel from the very beginning. On arrival there was nobody on reception for at least 10 mins after we arrived. We were checked in and thats where it ended, no map or asking if it was our first time in Palma, (which it was) did we need any information regarding where we might find good resturants, supermarket or even how to get into the main area! No customer service at all.

Our 10th stay in the centre of Palma, we chose the Icon Roseto based on the photos on their website, showing spacious period rooms and a lovely roof terrace.
First the positives, its so close to the shops, restaurants, bars and the marina the port is about a 10 minute walk.
