The hotel and staff were absolutely wonderful and they really 'pulled out all the stops' to make this a very special Christmas. Centrally located in the old town and easily reached by local transport, it is set back in a tranquil and quiet location minutes away from the atmosphere of the historic local area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. What a quiet room, and the bed is so comfortable! Slept too much! ;-) Breakfast is perfect - something for everyone. Stayed over two weeks and never an issue. I cant say enough about the staff - really went out of their way to make us feel at home and ensure we were comfortable. This will be our new regular home in Palma. ...

The hotel is great with the perfect location for a City visit. Very safe for single / female traveller's. It only requires the roof terrace to be completed and improvment on the finer detailing!...

If you want to be in the Old Town with good access to bars, restaurants, shops and the sites this hotel will not disappoint. Located in a quiet narrow back street its a little oasis. The hotel is a very old building around a wonderful courtyard where you can enjoy a drink or eat breakfast, plenty of tables, seating and umbrellas. Worst unbearable smell coming from drains in the rooms

The hotel rooms stank from the smell of the drains. We asked them to remedy this & they did not until we asked for a refund to go stay somewhere else. Then they put us in a different smaller room (not what we paid for) with the same nauseating sewage drain smell. ...
