We had a lovely few days stay in Palma as a group of friends. Hotel was conveniently positioned, walking distance to everything, tranquil and peaceful away from the bustling crowds- and it was a busy city!!

The staff were so helpful and pleasant, especially May, Jaune and Giuliana. Nothing was too much trouble and lots of recommended trips and restaurants. Beds were very comfortable. Hotel was quiet at night, which is great in the city centre. Breakfast was amazing. I wish the roof terrace had been open and the bar, but apart from that I would recommend....

Lovely hotel in great central location. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is good. The staff in reception were very friendly and welcoming and probably the main reason why I would recommend this hotel above others I have stayed at in Palma. I forgot to get the name of the receptionist, but she is a real asset to the hotel....
