Hotel was amazing, the staff were all lovely and very helpful, rooms were larger than expected, breakfast was really nice with plenty of choice and the location is perfect to explore palma, this place is a must , cant fault it and would recommend....

This is our second stay at your hotel. The staff were so friendly & helpful Our room was super - the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious & the Molton Brown hand wash etc was a magnificent bonus. For breakfast there was a huge selection of hot & cold choices, with plenty of tea & coffee if required. The reception staff were only too pleased to help us choose visits for our stay. A very good experienc...

Good location for walking around the city center. Parking is close to the hotel but can be rather expensive if you need To use the car daily....

Situated down a small side street the hotel looks nothing from the outside. But once you are through the door it is a beautiful place. Very friendly welcoming staff at reception and throughout the hotel. Yes the room was on the small side but perfectly adequate with everything we needed.
