Our 10th stay in the centre of Palma, we chose the Icon Roseto based on the photos on their website, showing spacious period rooms and a lovely roof terrace.
First the positives, its so close to the shops, restaurants, bars and the marina the port is about a 10 minute walk.
We were allocated their smallest room, 214, you could just walk around the bed, no room to put a suitcase anywhere, no chair, the tiny shower r...

A nice hotel in the heart of Palma with a perfect location. Its a small, cosy property, the rooms are on the smaller side, bathroom amenities are provided only upon request.
The cleanliness is a real issue. Youll want to bring flipflops, as the floors are noticeably dirty and dusty, as if they havent been properly cleaned in quite some time. Soundproofing is also very poor you can hear conversations and foots...

Whilst the location was great, very peaceful, very central, it is down a quiet and fairly dark street where homeless people sleep in nearby doorways. This could be intimidating for some guests. The standard double room we had was adequate, quite compact. Unfortunately because of the layout and furniture in the room, most of the clothes storage was inaccessible - the bedside table blocked access to most of the ward...
