A lovely hotel with fantastic and helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble and their recommendations- particularly Antonia- for local restaurants was perfect.

Excellent position for strolling around and exploring Palma. Staff were lovely and very helpful, it was my partners birthday and they arranged some nice gifts in the room for us and gave us an upgrade to the Essence Suite which was incredible. Beautiful hotel, great location, amazing staff (especially Marc). Do stay if you are visiting Palma! Great value for money as well....
