Great welcome by everyone as always
New Years Eve party at the hotel was a great way to start our trip, atmosphere was buzzing!
Always stay at Puro when we visit Palma both in the summer and winter.
Location is great for exploring the city and is surrounded by bars and restaurants.

My company organised a business trip to Palma and I'm really pleased with the hotel and the destination.
The hotel is perfect for work - the meeting room is huge with a massive screen and excellent coffee/snack service. My room had a great desk and super fast wifi, perfect for getting stuff done.

Wonderful hotel - we had a fabulous stay here for my husband's birthday. The hotel is in a great location and it's easy to walk everywhere. Our room was beautifully designed, staff were all friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious with loads of choice. The only slight negative was that it was a bit noisy in the room at night because of the nearby bar, but this wasn't a huge problem (and they do provide ea...

Beautiful hotel with extremely friendly & helpful staff. The room was perfect, beds & pillows amazing. The hotel is central to everything, great shops & lovely restaurants.
