Puro Grand Hotel - Best place to stay in Palma

A lovely hotel in a really beautiful location situated in the heart of the Old Town, close to the Cathedral and all the restaurants and shops. Thankfully our room overlooked an internal courtyard so it was quiet at night. Great breakfast and lovely attentive staff who can not do enough for you. Special mentions to Alejandro, Miriam, Lauren and Johan. I would definitely stay there again....

A place of class and staff that went beyond in all departments creating a blend of an amazing experience. Particular mention for Lauren on reception who retrieved a difficult situation with total professionalism ....

Beautiful hotel in a stunning city

Ive been to Majorca on a number of occasions but this was my first trip to stay in the city. The city itself is incredible, some beautiful architecture and lovely streets to walk and good shops and restaurants, Id highly recommend it as well as highly recommended this hotel.

The bedrooms are gorgeous with a huge bed, nice furnishings and a lovely bathroom.
The breakfasts are particularly fantastic, served in a pretty courtyard with an amazing buffet and also delicious dishes to order.
There is a small pretty rooftop with lovely views over the rooftops.
There is a really nice bar at the hotel too .
The staff were wonderful coming up to the rooftop with drinks and food off a menu.

Beautiful traditional hotel with modern touches located in the centre of Palma. Friendly warm welcome on arrival and held our luggage until check-in.
Room was spacious and clean. Double sink and shower. Robes and slippers provided. Little touches such as chocolates left on pillows on an evening. A little gift of tribal bracelet.
