The hotel was lovely, every detail of the hotel has been considered with care. The location was spot on you could walk to all the places you want to see. The atmosphere was very relaxing and the staff cant do enough to help you.
The rooms are stunning, lovely and clean. Although you are in the centre of the town you wouldnt realise it as there is no noise of traffic.

Perfect location to explore Palma

Immaculate hotel in heart of old town. No car needed as you can walk everywhere. We had room 17. It was perfect with a small outside sitting area.
We had a great breakfast included.
All the staff were helpful and polite.
Special mention to three in particular, Lauren in reception, and Sara and Nulia in the restaurant.
Thanks to all three.
Definitely will recommend this hotel....

Lovely hotel not quite ready to open after a refurbishment? Room was absolutely lovely and e slept so well. Beds amazing. Staff mostly very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast delicious, buffet lovely. Rooftop not open and full of workmen hammering and finishing off. The pics on here dont look anything like the hotel we stayed in though. No pool, no beach, no sweeping wrought iron staircase, so that felt a bit wired a...

Chose this hotel for its central location and it was such a good choice. All the staff were really pleasant from a warm welcome with free drink on arrival to the breakfast and evening staff. Makes such a difference to your stay. Lovely room, huge bed with tasteful interiors and a fantastic bathroom. Breakfast was superb and the selection second to none.
