We had a 1 night stay at this hotel and were pleasantly surprised due to the mixed reviews online! That being said, through a third party website, I booked the room for just under $200CAD for 1 night (if it was more, the value would not have been there).
The front desk staff were incredibly kind & helpful during our stay. We were able to check in 3 hours early, which was much appreciated.

Small room (303), narrow bath, with shower in the bath.
State of the bathroom less than average.

Spacious rooms, kitchen facilities and location made this a top hotel pick just below Mont Martre. I stayed just over 2 weeks while visiting family in Paris. The quiet room was so much bigger than any other I've ever had in Paris. The kitchen allowed me to eat in on occasion. The staff were friendly and attentive. The location is ideal for the metro, but nothing much around the hotel itself.
We asked for our room to be cleaned three days in a row during our stay, which was not done at all. We had dirty towels due to the length of our stay that also weren't replaced on request.

1. Friendly and helpful staff;
2. Location;
3. General cleanliness is good.
4. Great air-conditioning as more than 30 degrees outside.
