Avoid This Hotel, Unacceptable Experience

This was by far the worst hotel experience Ive ever had. One evening, after a long and tiring day at Disneyland with my daughter, we returned to the hotel only to find there was no hot water. I called reception, and the receptionist said he would look into it. After waiting 30 minutes with no update, I called again and was told there was a problem that would take another 1 to 1.5 hours to resolve.

Hotel is absolutely shocking. Rooms are so small our toilet pan was absolutely filthy round the rim. The inside of the pan was all cracked. The pillows we had were shocking asked for another 4 pillows we got 1 and I asked every day for more never got any. My partner put 50 euros in a machine for tokens and didnt get out. He told the receptionist but didnt get anything back. We will never b back in hotel again....

Would not stay here again, rooms were small hallways smelt very bad, sink water smelt sewage and there were stains on the sheets and the cleaners had left she sheet of one of the quilts and there was urine stains on the quilt. There was also no where to sit if you were not buying a drink as the reception was soo small and not enough room for that many people to wait in. There was also no where for a baby/ toddler to ...

We stayed for 3 nights while at Disneyland. The rooms were clean but some of the decor was a little worn. Each of our rooms had spaces for 4, with 2 twin beds and 2 bunks, both with air con. The room keycards seemed to fail a number of times and we needed to get reception to issue new ones, not sure why that was happening. The reception area has a bar and gift shop and was a nice place to grab a drink or a snack bef...

We stayed here a few years ago for a night before moving into a Disney hotel. Did the same this year. Lovely room with double beds and bunks. Check in service excellent. Had a pizza and beer in the bar. The breakfast is outstanding with a large selection of food. Shuttle to Disney provided.
