Poor maintenance, bed smell
I found some hair on the pillow and some stain on the bed.
I would not recommend that, also they charge the payment at check in, something that i have never been asked before...

I usually stay away from smaller hotels since they are hit or miss but I rolled the dice on this one and it paid off big time. A true gem of a hotel...in all ways. We love this hotel for the vintage rooms and the old world Paris feel. Our deluxe room has plenty of space and we have a balcony with a small terrace just big enough to sit on the provided chairs and drink a glass of wine or coffee. The staff has been great too. Stayed for one week. Room was very tight; even for Paris. Furniture and carpets need a refresh. Toilet and bathroom dont have ventilation. Location is very good but that was the only positive. Especially for the price! On the 4th day my earbuds went missing from our room while we were out; so we did not allow for our room to be entered after that. Very unfortunate. This is a top notch hotel at a reasonable price. It's located just a few blocks from numerous underground stations and the Champs Elysee yet is on a quiet, calm street that feels hidden away. There are tons of walkable local bars, restaurants, shopping.
