I am currently staying here for a 6 night stay. The hot water has gone out (took an ice cold shower this morning), the elevator is broken, the stove in the room doesnt work, and the hair dryer workers for about 30 seconds before stopping. I would not recommend staying here as I have had many inconveniences and not one remark that is the least bit understanding or accommodating. I do not recommend this hotel....

We have stayed at this hotel two years in a row now and each time rented a one bedroom apartment. Definitely agree that the place is in need of a major renovation and refresh.carpets are old and dirty; beds were Ok (in this case our bedroom had twin beds not a full bed). Only thing good is the location

We stayed for one week. Two adults and a teenager. The hotel looks nothing like the photos. It is extremely run down and badly in need of renovating. Rooms are dark and stained - everything is old and worn out. Air con was broken. Staff were rude....

The location is very good, close to St. Germain area and Notre Dame. However, the room we had was horrible. There were holes in the wall, the "kitchen" was so poorly equipped one could not eat in it. The refrigerator was so frozen up and really needed defrosting. The bathroom had mold on the wall and the towels always smelled like old cooking oil. The carpet was worn out and dirty. We had a studio apartment & it was perfect for our needs, compact kitchen, large bathroom with a heated towel rack, opening windows & the bed was very comfortable. And very clean although we did occasionally get a waft of cigarette smoke, but considering smoking seems to be still very populated here not unexpected.
