It is conveniently located. Monoprix for groceries, McDonalds just next door, and lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. It is 20 minutes walk to Eiffel Tower.
Rooms have unpleasant smell. Our 1st room was on the 4th floor and later changed to 3rd floor. There are only selected rooms with washing machines.
If you are sensitive to noise, there are 3 lines train tracks that pass this station. It can be noisy.

Cheap motel feel

Booked a 1 bedroom apartment for 4. Room wasn't ready even at 4pm on check-in day and ready only around 5pm. Room is in bad/ dirty condition and front desk staff are highly indifferent with guests and wouldn't care less. Though room was booked for 4, was told to prepare my own bedding for the sofabeds by front desk. Breakfast selection was rather sad tucked in a small corner. Studio apartment, with a spacious room, kitchen and bathroom. You have amenities like dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge, utensils in the apartment.
They dont have daily housekeeping or cleaning. Its done only on Fridays. So not suitable with small kids but for adults manageable.
If you are visiting during winters, ask for room heaters as there is no central heating.

The location of the hotel is excellent , very central with supermarket next door and metro /train across the street.Great restaurants and cafe in the area.
I booked 2 studios for 3 nights costing 1400 and 80 on city tax. On arrival our luggage was stored and we were toldto come back at 3pm to check in. However 1of the rooms was not ready. I find this super frustrating bearing in mind the cost and wasted time. I ask...

We went to Paris for the weekend to celebrate my other half's birthday, and stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. We had a room at the front on the first floor which was spotless and clean. There is a little kitchen which you can cook your own food, and there is a supermarket near by if you wish to grab anything. The staff were really attentive and nothing seemed to be too much issue.
