Very small room no storage & poor lighting

Was not quite what we expected. We booked a superior room and ended up with a very small room with no storage space to put anything. No draws to store undergarments etc . Small open wardrobe with 5 hangers not enough space for 2 people so we lived out of our suitcase. Bathroom again no storage to put make bag or toiletries bag, except on edge of bath were they got wet when shower was on, so not an ideal place to stor...

This was our 7th visit at this hotel and if Paris was not so far from home, we would visit more often. It's well situated, quiet, clean and the staff are all friendly and helpfull. Breakfast is amazing with something for everyone's taste. It's walking distance from the Louvre, le Palais Garnier, les Galeries Lafayette and many good restaurants. A lovely boutique style hotel that was in a brilliant location . It was central for the Louvre , the Seine, Notre Dame and more . Lots of excellent restaurants in the area. The staff were friendly . The room was comfortable although not enough space for clothes to be put away and the breakfast was just enough for the start of the day . A good stay...

AS A TRAVEL AGENT I WOULD LIKE TO WRITE THIS REVIEW JUST TO WARN OTHER TRAVEL AGENCIES.
YESTERDAY WE BOOKED 2 ROOMS FROM OUR SYSTEM FOR OUR CUSTOMERS BECAUSE WE GOT THE AVAILIBILITY. WE RECEIVED THE CONFIRMATIONS AND CALLED HOTEL TO RECONFIRM.
THE LADY(!) TOLD US THEY HAD ONLY 1 ROOM SO WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET THE SECOND ROOM. I TOLD HER I HAVE CONFIRMATIONS FOR BOTH ROOMS BUT

Cute boutique hotel right in the opera district of Paris. Easy walk to public transit. Also an easy walk to the louvre and gardens. Slightly longer walk to other tourist destinations but still walkable.
The hotel still uses keys as opposed to key cards. You'll be given your key and asked to turn it in each time you leave. Its a fun thing I only see in Europe anymore. The staff is friendly and dropping off/getti...
