Mould on the pillows and dirty mattresses

We stayed here in June 2025 upon entering the reception area the hotel looked overall okay. We arrived in our rooms although dated we were tired after flying and just went to Disney village for food then back to hotel. The next morning my 5 year old son rolled over in bed and the pillow turned and was completely covered in mould !!! I approached reception and informed them and they said it would be dealt with. Amazing hotel everything down to the lobby is just out of this world, bedrooms are spotless clean not one bad thing to say about this hotel! The breakfast buffet was decent and the shuttle bus to Disney was so handy! Disney was only 2-3 stops away on the shuttle & also supermarket 5-10 minute walk away from hotel. Would definitely stay here again beautiful hotel🩷...

Overall, our stay was good most especially with the service and support of their concierge, Tiffany.
We got the family connecting rooms. The rooms were spacious and our kids enjoyed their bunk beds and the bathrooms. The rooms are clean. Though, one light is not working on one of the bunk beds.

Serious Concerns Regarding Cleanliness and Guest Treatment

Accompanied by four children, I was not allowed to enter by the lady at the breakfast reception because I was carrying a handbag the women was so unfriendly that I really thought on going away. I had to return to my room to leave it behind.
