I booked this hotel for my partner's birthday and as it was his first time in Paris I wanted it to be special.
The location of the hotel is exceptional, close to all the attractions and on a quiet street (our room faced the road and it didn't impact the quality of our sleep).
I cannot fault the staff - Maëva was especially great and helped me find and book a wonderful restaurant for my partner's birthday meal.

Really great stay at the Alfred Sommier Hotel. The owner was very nice to introduce himself to us and explain some history of the beautiful rooms. The staff were also super helpful as we had our puppy and they helped to book us a vets appointment.
Great place to get fantastic photos and walking distance to many cute cafes and bistros!...

This hotel did not live up to expectations. Certainly not worthy of five stars in my opinion. Very well located close to the Madeline as good as it got for us.
Our bedroom on the first floor was very small with a wardrobe the size of a broom cupboard. No separate shower in the bathroomoverall disappointing.

Not a five-star hotel by any standard at best, I would rate it 2.5 stars. The only positive thing about it was the location. I do not recommend staying at this property. While the exterior is beautiful and the lobby appears ok, the experience completely changes once you enter the room. Despite being advertised as a five-star hotel, it is absolutely not one.
