Charming hotel with outstanding service at top location

Thanks to the chef de reception Mr. Christian Forest and his team we had an extraordinary stay at the hotel. The service is outstanding with a very personal approach, you feel welcome from the moment you enter Hotel Balmoral. We were helped to unload the luggage by Mr. Forest - and found it already at our room after we had parked the car! Something that doesnt happen so much anymore even in top segment hotels. The e...

Great location and lovely staff

2 mins from the Arc de Triomphe, but in a quiet location.
Arrived around 10:30 to drop our bags and were told the room would be ready in 10 mins for us to check in. We were offered tea and coffee while we waited and then the room was ready.
Very comfortable bed, quality toiletries in the bathroom and a great breakfast.

Wonderful Stay

This was our first trip to Paris, and this hotel was a beautiful place to stay. The location was fantastic which allowed us to walk everywhere and see everything, the room was a good size with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was huge with heated towel racks.
The breakfast buffet was small, however delivered with plenty of choice.
Wed absolutely stay here again...

Comfort, cleanliness and a very friendly and competent staff made our stay at Hotel Balmoral a wonderful experience. Next time we go to Paris we'll make sure to stay there again....
