This is a comfortable hotel, close to Notre Dame, and convenient for Metro and RER. For its price and position in Paris superior rooms are a good size. Breakfast buffet is of a good standard.
Staff were efficient, friendly and helpful....

Friendly and helpful staff - such a great find in a location that was so accessible. A short walk down to Notre Dame and the Seine and along the banks to explore the musée dOrsay and the Louvre. Highly recommend. ...

Disappointing change made to our booking

No Communication about changes made to my original booking before we arrived. Customer Service fell well below my expectations for a 4 star hotel.
I specifically booked (and had it confirmed) a garden room / terrace and arrived to find we had been allocated an "upgraded" room on the 4th floor with dangerously steep and narrow internal stairs to reach the bedroom. As we are aged 67 & 66 - this was extremely challengin...

A lovely, friendly, central hotel in Paris

Have just spent an enjoyable six days in Paris, staying at this hotel, very close to several good restaurants. Notre Dame and the Musee dOrsay are within walking distance. The rooms were immaculate and staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Unfortunately didnt get to the spa. Weather too good and so many wonderful things to see in this beautiful city....
